Dear Rex:

Thanks for another fun and entertaining year. I’ve never been a part of such a great Jets football team. The brashness and tough talk, and the ability to go out there and back it up has been a treat to watch. This was probably one of the best Jet football teams that’s ever been fielded here in  New York.

We enjoy your coaching style and your commitment to our ball club. It’s been three-straight years and three-straight AFC championship games for you, 2 with Jets and 1 with Ravens. Your defenses have made it possible for Baltimore and the Jets to see success in the playoffs.

The AFC Championship Game loss will be felt in the Jets world until civilization ends, but today us fans are confident, and support Rex Ryan as football coach of the New York Jets.

From Hard Knocks to the rift between Jets and Dolphins, we wouldn’t want it any other way. I’m proud of the way Rex Ryan has represented my ball club. For this, we say thank you and we’ll all be here again in August for another ride. It’s been fun.
