The Jets have went out and got the man they coveted. WR Santonio Holmes. A favorite of Rex Ryan, Holmes was dynamic last season for Jets season and the Jets now have him locked up for 5 years.

The Jets have gotten their top free-agent priority: receiver Santonio Holmes.

After the Jets made an offer Tuesday evening, Holmes has agreed to re-sign with the team, per a person informed of the move. That person requested anonymity because the move cannot be made official until Friday.

According to ESPN, the terms will be five years, $50 million, with $24 million guaranteed.
