Rex Ran has been vocal but apologetic about the run game. Vlad Ducasse RG, just promoted Wayne Hunter to RT have done a decent job but the running game has been a little “not so Jet like” thus far. The Bengals were in the backfield often, congesting running lanes and disturbing the ebb and flow of the Jets rushing attack Sunday night. While the left side remains strong with Mangold, D’Brickashaw and Matt Slauson the right side hasn’t been living up to snuff. With the return of Brandon Moore who Rex calls ” The best right tackle in football”  that offensive line is going to get bolstered with his return.

“I’d like to see us be able to establish our run game a little more,” Ryan said. “Obviously, this will be a huge test for us going against the Giants defense.”

 Brandon Moore can’t wait to test his hip and against live action Saturday afternoon.

“I’m looking forward to playing,” Moore said. “The practices out here have been fun, working on technique and honing and working on it. But I’m looking forward to taking that into a game situation where the speed is a little faster and it’s more physical.”
