The New York Jets have agreed to a one-year deal with former Washington Redskins safety LaRon Landry, the team announced Monday.

The deal is for one year and $4 million, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

No way Jets could strike out twice after missing and whiffing on Nelson after a 2 day visit at the complex. LaRon will be playing for a contract with the Jets so we should see some of his best football this season. LaRon should flourish and Rex’s multiple defensive system. LaRon will be used all over the field and should be fun to watch him in this defense.
