If you assembled a team of CURRENT NFL players and put them with their respective alma maters, what team do you guys think would win?
I'm gonna list some possible starters for my team, Miami, but I'm not sure if they would win it all.
QB- Vinny Testaverde
RB - Edgerin James
FB - Willis McGahee
TE - Bubba Franks(dare I say Shockey or Winslow?)
WR - Andre Johnson
WR - Santana Moss
WR - Reggie Wayne
T - ?
G- Joaquin Gonzalez
C - Brett Romberg
G- Richard Mercier
T- Bryant McKinnie
DE- Kenny Holmes
DT - Warren Sapp
DT - Vince Wilfork
DE - Kenard Lang
LB - Ray Lewis
LB - Jonathon Vilma/DJ Williams(only even considered DJ b/c he is actually an OLB)
LB - Dan Morgan
CB- Phillip Buchanon
CB - Duane Starks
SS - Ed Reed
FS - Sean Taylor
K - ?
P - ?
Obviously the Canes would have a relatively week O-Line and QB...because he's ooolldddd. And I don't even know any kickers or punter off the top of my head. I know there's a few punters though, Sievers I think is one.
But there is tons of depth at RB, I was forced to choose and left off Tatum Bell and Clinton Portis.
The only other school I could think of that has a pretty good cast of NFL stars is FSU...but we won't talk about that...ehum...

Screw Tatum Bell, what about Wilis Mcgahee? It is pretty scary to see how many good players have come out of Miami, especially the last few years. I don't think anyone matches up to them, maybe in a couple years USC will be challenging them, but right now it is a no brainer.

It sounds like you are a big Miami fan, but Tatum Bell played for Okalahoma State not Miami. Next year you will have to add Antrell Rolle to the CB's he is gonna be another star.

I’m sorry but your list makes no sense. Magahee at FB? 3 ILB and only 1 OLB? Anyway we all know the U has the most stars hopefully mcclover can step up and show more U talent
I put McGahee in at FB because there's so much RB talent I wanted to show more! That's not too hard to figure out.
And I put those LB's in because they have the most talent. It's not a real freaking roster calm down man!

FSU has got some talent too:
QB- Brad Johnson
RB - Warrick Dunn
FB - Zack Crockett
TE - ?
WR - Anquan Boldin
WR - Laveranues Coles
WR - Javon Walker
T - Walter Jones
G - ?
C - ?
G - ?
T- Tra Thomas
DE- ?
DT - Darnell Dockett
DT - Corey Simon
DE - Greg Spires
LB - Derrick Brooks
LB - Peter Boulware
LB - Sam Cowart
CB- Deion Sanders
CB - Samari Rolle
S - Michael Boulware
S - ?
K - Sebastian Janikowski
P - ?
Not as complete as Miami, but atleast they've got a kicker.
Any other schools with massive NFL talent?
Ohio State...
