Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:34 AM) tehhhh
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:37 AM) it wasn't for 3 years and Andrew Luck is the best QB prospect to come out in years. Teddy Bridgewater most likely isn't Luck or RGIII
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:40 AM) I've only seen Bridgewater play once. That was against Florida, I actually watched that game.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 PM) Teddy will be a good NFL QB I think
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 12:52 PM) THE KNICKS
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:21 PM) THE. KNICKS.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:43 PM) Geno was the favorite to win the Heisman this time last year
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:44 PM) He was also a Top 5 pick this time last year
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:44 PM) If he came out in 2012, he might have gotten drafted before RG3
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:56 PM) TEH KNICKS
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:25 PM) noway he would have been drafted before RGIII
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:00 PM) Tehhhh
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:12 PM) chuck norris said tebow is a great QB. i'm so conflicted becuase tebow sucks but on the other hand if chuck norris said it, it must be true lol
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:21 PM) Geno was not the favorite to win the heisman going into the year lol
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:21 PM) you don't watch college football, stop
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:23 PM) He might not even of been in the second tier of players
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:25 PM) I've read a ton of articles and all had him as the favorite
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:25 PM) Who was the favorite then?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) "Smith was already going to be on most Heisman preseason lists, but a 407-yard, 6-TD performance in the Orange Bowl win over Clemson only solidified him as an elite passer. He can make every throw on the field and has a plethora of talented receivers coming back. Since this team will likely be playing in the Big 12, which has had the uncanny knack for inflating quarterback numbers recently, Smith and head coach Dana Holgorsen are going to leave opposing defenses charred and crippled on most Saturdays."
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) That's from a Jan 2012 article
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) You can google shit from 14 months ago and find a f*** ton of these
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:29 PM) http://news.yahoo.com/top-10-heisman-trophy-candidates-2012-heading-season-150300441--ncaaf.html
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:31 PM) http://newyork.sbnation.com/2012/8/17/3249284/heisman-trophy-watchlist-2012-las-vegas-betting-odds-line-matt-barkley-montee-ball-denard-robinson
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:32 PM) He was 4th according to Vegas odds in April 2012
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) 4th makes him the favorite?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) you said he was the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) he wasn't anything near the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:54 PM) he reached his pinnacle in the heisman race in the early part of last season
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:54 PM) at that point he was the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:56 PM) also, what a basketball game
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 10:21 PM) 4 point game
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 10:21 PM) maybe the pacers are that good
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) I said that his time last year, he was the favorite. I misspoke. He was 3rd or 4th. He certainly wasn't "not even in the 2nd tier" like you claimed
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) Take your medicine Matty
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) Maybe you should watch more college football instead of talking about watching college football
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 06:46 AM) No he wasn't 3rd or 4th
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 06:47 AM) He was the 4th favorite in vegas, making him no where near the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 06:47 AM) Barkley had 3/2 odds, Geno was 9-1
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 06:48 AM) It's whatever

The best show on TV, right up there with The Shield!

But it's the little things that drives me insane. In the last two shows for instance...

How does Marawan beat CTU to the Football? Jack is 20 minutes out in a helicopter and Marawan beats them to the desert in a jeep? Then he gets away in a jeep with headlights on in the middle of the desert. What happened to Satelite surveilance and the helicopter chasing him?

Then a CTU team gets to Iowa in like 10 minutes when they catch a terrorist on his cell phone but send only Jack after the football?

Other than that it's great! biggrin.gif

Nope, don't watch it. My mom is afraid it might be too dumb and violent all in the same package. But I got this place, the outdoors, homework, and books to go to instead along with other TV shows.

For those of you that haven't jumped on the 24 bandwagon... It's never too late. You don't know what you're missing.

Well enjoy having the ability to watch all types of TV shows, much less with your "mi amigo." The reason I threw that in there besides the fact it's cool is if there was any show I could watch, which there are a lot of (Being a good student/ house worker gets you very far) I can watch, my mi amigo couldn't, which is poopy.

whoa whoa i said mi amigA... but thats okay... i would reccomend a show called dead like me from showtime, its cancelled on tv but is entertaining and good spirited, its about grim reapers walking around earth as normal people and grabbing their souls before they die, its interesting and a lot about death so if you are okay with the concept of death this is good stuff...

sliders is a good sci fi show where these 4 characters travel to parallel worlds where little things are different that turn into big things... i actually think that based on your posts you would like this show... the earlier episodes seemed better than the later ones...

family guy is freakin hilarious, futurama is pretty darn funny and smart, so many more shows but thats all i can think of right now

I saw one Family Guy when the little baby dude starts killing sperm, pretty funny but don't know when it's on. I love South park and Chapples Show. But what's the difference between amiga and amigo Bobz? And what's 24 about, some secret agent or something?

in spanish most words that can be masculine/femnine end in o or a, o means male, amigo means male friend, and an a is for a female freind, amiga...

family guy is on adultswim.. cough cough... on cartoon network at 11 30 and its on tbs at times as well check that online... try to rent it or sumthin, it has a lot of jokes that require knowledge of certain references... but it is freakin hilarious... and they arecoming ou with new episodes may 1st which i think is gonna be on fox sunday nights, possibly...

as for 24 here is the link to the shows site... its a show that takes place in real time which is an interesting concept for a show and the guy runs around fighting terrorists and something to do with a president, i dunno i dont watch it but i know what i've said and im sure someone else can tell ya more and the website may be helpful...

http://www.fox.com/24/

i would also like to add scrubs to the list of great shows as i love the medical field this show is great... may not be for everyone but its a great show imo and i missed it tonight and am a bit pissed, ah well

I understand why you were trying to put in amiga now Bobzero from knowledge of previous posts. You know Hermismyhero said don't be influenced by women Bobz. (I'll call you tiger) Thanks for the link and what time on TBS does it start?

Why do I have to see 5 posts in one thread from you chad?

666 in 15 days...

Back to 24. Saw a couple of episodes from last season. Im on the bandwagon. As far as those little details you were talking about ron, they arent exactly strange.

I.E.: Marwan beat jack to the football because he was the one who had the pilot shoot down air force one, therefore he knows were the plane would be landing/crashing.

UNREAL!!! Why can't you guys ever stay on topic? This topic is about 24, not about a freakin amigo/amiga or family guy or whatever. It's about 24! If you want to start your own topic on those other subjects feel free to do so. You have an entire board at your disposal! ohmy.gif

great show, but i watched the first two seasons and just kind of started missing it. i havent seen much of this season, but the first season was great with all the twists with the wife dying and all. the second season started off lsow with jack retired and the daughter(kim?) not talking to him and everything. the shield is a great show, i watch it every week now. i also discovered the west wing and i like it for some reason.

Is 24 violent, I'm sure it uses some dirty words. Beacuse if it's not too violent I could watch it then.

lol, sorry but i cant help but chuckle at that......no, its not too violent, there are gunfights, but no heads being blown off in slow motion. the producers knew it was going to be on fox, so there are no curse words.

Well I can handle swears, hell I watch Chapplles Show and South Park. Violence can get too me, because usually the guy is in so much pain like in Saving Private Ryan where the guys intestines were spilling out and he was screaming "MEDIC!!!" That really hit me. But that's good to know since on some of the previews it says viewer descretion adviced on 24. But now you said that Ellisjerseys92 I wanna thank you for saying it and then maybe I'll start watching.
