Devil May Cry 4 - Multi platform
Already out. i got it and love it. great action game. defiantly a must buy

Ninja Gaiden 2 360 exclusive
people who don't have a 360 should want to get one just for this game. the original was THE BEST action game i played in a long time. no other game was as good and challenging as ninja gaiden was. and the sequel seems like ti won't disappoint

Fable 2 -
a revolutionary RPG. might be a 360 exclusive, might not. either way this might be the best RPG for 2008
