I fixed the download. Just unzip and run it in Excel.

How come on my work book it has Menlo as my team comparison and not the team I'm playing.

At the top of that page you will see a 5 digit number next to the opponents team name. You must click on this, erase the old number and put in the new opponents number. You will find your opponents number at the top of the team page for them after clicking on it from your schedule. It will be the last 5 numbers on the top HTTP bar.
