Since the Lakers season is pretty much over because of the srubs on the teams and the NBA being fixed, i'm starting the NBA offseason thread.

The Lakers should try to get Jermain o'Neal or Keven Garnett. Trade who ever aslong as these scrubs are off the team.

If we get O'Neal we will be competing for the NBA championship. I would also like to have Garnett either one would be good with me. I say everyone but Kobe should be tradeable because this team isn't going anywhere with these scrubs. Hell if they don't give Kobe help atleast trade him to a team that can win a chip.

I would like to see the Lakers pick up Mike Bibby or Kevin Garnett. Bibby and Michael Finley will become unrestricted free agents this off season.

Bibby would be good. We need a point guard. But we need a big man first like KG or JO. If we can get one of them and Bibby we are gonna be really good.

Yeah, I'd probably prefer O'Neal over Garnett. Mainly because O'Neal is younger and L.A. probably wouldn't have to give up as much for O'Neal as they would for Garnett. What sucks is the Lakers would have to deal with Kevin McHale or Larry Bird and we all know the history there.

But I really hope the Lakers sign Bibby.
