Lately as alot of you know there was a topic saying stuff about me. I was first flattered by all of it, but then it became more like bashing me, and I heard stuff that really got in my head. I came here to entertain you and give news and my ideas, but now that I'm disrupting a lot of you, which would be the last thing I'd want to do, so I'm asking a big question. I don't know how to make a poll so I won't. Do you want me to stay here? If a majority say no I'll go to the other site for Jets fans, if yes I'll stay. I want the honest truth, whether I blush because you say stuff so good about me or say I really want you to die and go to hell, I want the truth. I'm doing this as a favor to you all, so please reply, thanks. PEACE. And the Home of the Jets.

I doubt anyone wants you to leave, I ythink just the fact you avg. 50 posts a day has a bad effect on people
but sometimes you should not post so much on single topics, let them play theirselves out
Like me, for example, I know nothing about NCAA fottball, and who would be a good draft pick, so I read, but don't post there
But NFL players, on the other hand, I know a lot about, so I can tell you what I think would be smart moves for us to make.

So what I'm trying to say is if you have a good opinion of a topic, go ahead and reply, and if you leave sumthing out, go to the edit button under that post, and add it, instead of posting again

but I don't think anyone wants you to leave, but only replies will tell I guess

If you want to stay here follow these rules:

1. Stop replying to EVERY topic. Remmember its Quality of quanity.
2. Stop with the "peace, and the home of the jets" that has to be the most annoying thing.
3. Stop repeating yourself.
4. Show a little maturity.

Man now I really feel more than ever I need to leave for the sake of this site. I'll probably won't be here for a while or I'll just not post that much. But how do you want me to mature Jetme23, you seem to be on the verge of killing me and I want you to feel good about this place. Well it's been quite a rollar coaster, but every ride will end quickly, so this maybe the last turn and twist.

I'm not sure what's happened here - I'm not aways around the site as much as I would like.

As a long standing member (and take a look at the word "council" by my name)
I think the bashing of other guys here has to stop. OK so a few younger members might post a lot more than the rest of us but what's the big problem ?

I for one would like to encourage everyone on this site and I'm sure the majority of others would too. I remember when Vilma51 arrived and flooded the site...it was a little tedious at times but I just choose to not read anything that I didn't feel was interesting or relevant.

If someone posts a dull thread (eg My Day At School) then no-one will reply and it just falls off the bottom of the page - this should only make the thread starter think a little harder and maybe come up with something better next time.

I REALLY hate this "I'm going to leave the site" crap.

Weather the poster is genuinely offended or is just looking for some re-assurance from others, lets not see any more ...ok ???

Quite honestly we always get guys like these and they always seem the change. Vilma51 for example. Great guy but very annoying. But the difference between Pennington and Vilma is that Pennington doesnt true to start things with other members on this board. I dont mind you being here its just that you need to calm down alittle bit on the posts.
