Anyways, I have Willis McGahee (yes, of the Bills) as my keeper and I have the first pick in the draft, which I am planning on using on Kevin Jones. After that, who knows?
Wish me luck (as if anyone reads this board, but still).

Yeah, LT was kept, so I didn't really get a shot at him. But thanks for the ideas...
Anyway, here is my team, in order that I drafted it. The format is 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1flex(RB or WR), K, Def, TEs count as WRs. I had the first pick, so after the initial player I was choosing two at a time:
Keeper-Willis McGahee
1-Kevin Jones
2-Curtis Martin
3-JJ Arrington
4-Marc Bulger
5-Jimmy Smith
6-Lee Evans
7-Deion Branch
8-Mushin Muhammad
9-Santana Moss
10-Matt Stover
11-Lions Def/KR
12-Paul Edinger
13-Steve McNair
14-Jaguars Defense/KR
Curtis Martin fell all the way down the board to me with the 19th pick, which means 28 players were gone before him. He was the 19th RB taken and, get this, I was actually laughed at for taking him! The league's leading rusher, and only two of the other owners though I got a steal.
Bulger was the third highest scoring QB in our league last year, but I got him after eight others were off the board. I wasn't going to take a QB because my league usually lets a really good one fall into the late rounds (last year I had Plummer and Leftwich, both of whom outperformed a lot of other owners' starter), but I couldn't pass on a guy who could finish the season as the top QB.
My plan is to start McGahee, Jones, and Martin every week and move receivers around as necessary. But I really like Smith and Evans, and the other three guys are all starters who could have good games through out the year.
All in all I got better than I thought I would. No way did I think I could get Martin as my third back, nor did I think I would land Bulger after the 3rd round. I personally think I am one of the elite teams in the league, but we'll have to see. What do you all say?

The other five teams aren't all that bad, but the owners made some bad mistakes. One team took Gates as it's number one receiver, one took TO as it's number one and then waited until all other teams had four RBs to draft his reserves so he wound up with Faulk and Ricky Williams. The other three just have really questionable RBs that are either really injury prone, are set to split carries with another good back, or are already back ups. My favorite is the second team. If Bell gets the majority of the carries he has a great set of backs and receivers.
I tried to draft really solid, reliable guys this year. I got away from that in the last one and my whole team bombed from the start.

On a unrelated note, I was supposed to be in a FoxFantasy draft right now and I couldn't get into the draft room, just kept saying it couldn't load. I know at least some of the other owners could get in, so I'm not sure what the problem was. The whole site was down for almost a week earlier, so I am washing my hands with Foxfantasy.

Yeah, I sacrificed starting receiver quality for being able to start three RBs every game. I didn't want to end up with an iffy 4th back as I was commited to the RB flex position.
Still, I really like the depth of my receivers. I think I have better 3rd-5th receivers than several of the other teams. Also, I really like Smith and the Jags offense this year, so he was by far my favorite receiver at that point. I almost got Steve Smith, but he was taken one spot before me.
I was worried I might catch some gruff for having so many Patriots and Bills on my team, whew!

I'll take Bills or Pats, but there sure as heck aren't going to be any Dolphins on my team...and not just because they aren't worth drafting.
Good luck with that draft, $500! Wow.
