C'mon Harlem and Sdubb, keep it up guys!!! We're really pulling for ya, especially me!!!
That's a good idea Harlem, if you want to smoke, just eat a fruit or something, take a walk, watch TV...or come here.

Keep it up Sdubb, 9 days, that's damn good, that's almost a third of a month!!! Since it seems you're doing good, it looks like you're really doing this, start working out, I know after you smoke, you gain weight quickly (my Dad used to smoke a bit and he gained lots or weight but lots most of it) so work out a little bit more.
Just keep it up man, and another thing, just chew on gum, if you feel the erge, whenever I'm anxious or tempted, if I have gum around, I chew it to death or esle I chew on my shirt collar.

My one problem with quitting is I know I started gaining weight...I havent even looked like a scale in a month. But yeah, I really have to start working out lol.

damn dude, thats mad good streak, this is somewhat off topic(somewhat) but this dude who used to be my friend(stupid by him) was showing like every1 his homemade bong and he got caught and suspended from school for like a week. it wasn't that that made me stop being friends with him though, its that he started hateing me just cause i am friends with that girl i told u guys about(the one who i gave the myspace link to) and he used to go out with her like last year, and she can barely stand him now. i have been close to getting in fights with him, punched him in the head 2 times(different times), and swung at him two times one day. and all these drug things in ur guys' school, my school has some ppl who do drugs, but mainly its ppl who drink and its also allot of whorrish girls. but enough about my life, keep it up sdubb and harlem

Still going strong guy's. I've ultimately tested myself. I was avoiding going to club's and gathering's because I was afraid of drinking around smoker's because drinking influences smoking in smoker's. I have tried to quit before but after I had a beer or 2 I would want a smoke.
I've been out with friends and been in situation's where I subjected myself around that environment and passes with flying colors. I never even craved or wanted to have one. I pounded back beer after beer and felt no pressure to light up.
So I think I have ultimately passed and am finally 100% detoxified.
I have also gained about 8 pounds since I quit and you would never believe the desire I have to eat. I eat alot but it's o.k for me because I needed to bulk up anyways. I'm 6'1 196 before smoking and now I'm 204, which is some good weight. For me I have a hell of a time gaining any weight so I'm happy about the extra weight and I'm looking to get back into the gym full time and chisel up for the summer.
I'm smoke free and feel great.
Thanks for the support for those who supported.
