My girlfriend wants me to take her to get her belly button pierced. I don't want to because I'm 18 and she's almost 17 and she needs an "adults" consent. I'm not sure if it's legal or not. If it is legal, I'll be more than happy to do it, but if its illegal, I really don't want to. She says that she won't rat me out if she gets caught...but still. lol. Need some help here

I think 18 would count as an adult. Not too sure though, you should ask the place.

Isn't your girlfriend easy on you? I think she could livw wihtout one for a few years, but maybe you should ask your Dad, or ask a friend of yours or hers that'd older, that should get it done.

its illegal. they would need a legal guardian or parents consent and her and her parent/guardian would have to sign a paper in front of a notary and have it notarized. unless u go to a ghetto place that will do it for you

Jetsfan115 post reminds me of something. Be sure that your g/f gets a good place too get it done at. She should see if they take the needle out of the case or anti-bactaerial machine too clean it.

Yeah, she's very easy on me. She's awesome, but she like really wants it done. Now that I see it's illegal, im gonna tell her I cant do it. However, it won't be easy on me because she said if I dont go with her to get it done, she won't give me any

Her dad lives down south and she hates him anyway, and she absolutely knows her mom won't do it, so I guess she turns to her 18 year old boyfriend...lol

I dont know if you need parental consent for a belly button piercing here in the UK but I know girls two years younger than me (13) with theirs done.

why doesn't she just wait? its not that much longer. tell her you'll pay for it for her when she turns 18. it might help. oh and chocolate always works.
as far as the UK thing its probably different cuase out here u have to be at least 16. if your under 16 u can't get one even with parents consent
