Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) already back to doing what he did last season THROWING INT's
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) sucks that Garrard retired but I'd rather suffer with Geno going through growing pains than keeping Sanchez under center in 2013
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) haha gg03 throwing in the towel on sanch!
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:37 PM) What a way to make sporrts center already, Mark......
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:39 PM) Sanch owns the #1 blooper of all time with that butt fumble also and to make matters worse he threw it right to a friggin Pat...
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) better athlete but never runs as well
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) stronger arm but rarely throws deep
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) I am trying to find this article, but Bridgewater had about the least amount of 40+ throws in college football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft

Guys,

Although I've been to the Meadowlands a few times, I'm coming over next month for my first Mets games.

Anyone have any tips on drinking before and after the game?
Is there tailgating ?
Anyone gonna be at the Braves series 20-22nd ?

Anything else I should know?

Cheers

Not much tailgating before the game. DEpending on where your staying I definitely recommend taking the train to the game, it gets pretty crazy on the 7 especially if its a Braves series. Heres the lowdown on Shea...

-Food sucks, except for the brats (hopefully they are there)
-Place has some funny ass smells
-The ushers are like hawks: All they do is show you to your little box and wipe the seat down with this rag that lloks like it just wiped the ass of a homeless person, then they stand there expecting a tip, even during the game. Try and avoid them if you can, they make MSG ushers look bearable
-The fanbase is hilarious espceially against the braves, get their early enough to watch the tail end of visiting BP

Have fun, dude, it may be a dump but its great for baseball no matter what anyone says

No, its complicated. I have transferable scholarship, which means UTs offer is valid to me for 4 semesters as long as I don't play for another school or professionally but theres zero likelyhood that I would join a professional golf tour, not that good. So I am gonna take a year off, do some shit back east, then come back fall 2008.

So yeah, going to UT but taking a year off to pursue other interests.

thatd be funny, if i get into UT id be a freshman in 08 and youd start the same semester. not sure though yet, i want to do something with criminal justice and this list of schools my guidance counselor gave me of schools that offer it and UT wasnt on it (literally had everyother big school in TX though).

Meh, you can pretty much get a background education anywhere. You wanna be a cop? I would take psychology or something along those lines as well, any input from the resident police on here?

Hahahaha...no

I'd do two Mesopatamian languages seeing that our foreign as well as internal affairs stem from that region of the world. I'd say Arabic, Farsi, or Mandarin Chinese seeing that conflict, physical or diplomatic, with China is eminent.

Just got the tickets, 8th row on the third base side, I forget what box, their the GM of CW11's tickets. Just going to the 20th and 21 first but I'm taking a tour of the contrusction site of Citi Field and maybe meet Ralph Kiner. Needless to say I'm as giddy as a school girl.
