The mysteries behind the GTA IV trailer are unraveling! Everyone waited with baited breath for the trailer, hoping that it would answer a myriad of questions and put the rampant speculation to rest. Instead, it only worked the online gaming community into an even bigger feeding frenzy.

There were new questions being asked, questions no one had definite answers to. Who is that new guy? Where’s he from? Is that New York or Liberty City? Today, thanks to an in depth preview of GTA IV in the latest issue of GameInformer, we have the definitive answer to at least one of those questions.


The next protagonist in the GTA series is none other than one Niko Bellic, which sounds Russian or Romanian. This October, Ellis Island (or her doppelganger) is going to bear at least one more tired, poor, member of the huddled mass yearning to be free.
