When the game started and I saw vilmatime was 20-23, I was like, "f***.. this is gonna be an L"
My main problems were.. I abandoned the run with McGahee; I just can't get accustomed to the online Madden style of play with ducking out of the pocket on every pass play. I just don't like the idea of 15 step drops, and running outside the hashmarks. When I play single player, I like to play how it'd look in a real game.. stand in the pocket, pick a receiver, step up, and launch. Turnovers are still a bitch. I threw a couple bad passes that should've been INTs, but the way the CPU controlled CBs jump the routes and pluck balls out of the air on me is absurd. I had a couple 'blah' fumbles as well.. but whatever.. it's not like I'm saying "if it wasn't for that, I would've won." vilmatime's defense is for real.
I just need to develop a better understanding of what he's doing that I'm not. My weapons on the Ravens D look slower in comparison. Samari Rolle, Ed Reed, and Chris McAlister just aren't ball hawks for some reason. Trevor Pryce gets tangled up too much and applies 0 pressure. Definitely a good game though.. I made it interesting for a second when I got the score up to 21, but that was the end of that.
Nice work on the wrap up, Coles!

You dag gon straight McCallister and Rolle are ball hawks.
As for the insane nano blitzes you need to use alot of shotgun in those circumstances. P.A waggles and rollouts do a good job of nullifying the blitz pressure.
If they are bumping the WR's and blitzing call shotgun formations with drag routes. Usually they'll be open after 5 yards horizontally for a good 10 yards or more in most cases. Once he stop blitzing because the drag routes thats when you can pick apart his defense.
We'll lab sometime if you want. Get at'cha boi!
