Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:34 AM) tehhhh
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:37 AM) it wasn't for 3 years and Andrew Luck is the best QB prospect to come out in years. Teddy Bridgewater most likely isn't Luck or RGIII
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 11:40 AM) I've only seen Bridgewater play once. That was against Florida, I actually watched that game.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:12 PM) Teddy will be a good NFL QB I think
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 12:52 PM) THE KNICKS
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:21 PM) THE. KNICKS.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:43 PM) Geno was the favorite to win the Heisman this time last year
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:44 PM) He was also a Top 5 pick this time last year
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:44 PM) If he came out in 2012, he might have gotten drafted before RG3
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:56 PM) TEH KNICKS
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:25 PM) noway he would have been drafted before RGIII
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:00 PM) Tehhhh
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:12 PM) chuck norris said tebow is a great QB. i'm so conflicted becuase tebow sucks but on the other hand if chuck norris said it, it must be true lol
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:21 PM) Geno was not the favorite to win the heisman going into the year lol
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:21 PM) you don't watch college football, stop
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:23 PM) He might not even of been in the second tier of players
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:25 PM) I've read a ton of articles and all had him as the favorite
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:25 PM) Who was the favorite then?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) "Smith was already going to be on most Heisman preseason lists, but a 407-yard, 6-TD performance in the Orange Bowl win over Clemson only solidified him as an elite passer. He can make every throw on the field and has a plethora of talented receivers coming back. Since this team will likely be playing in the Big 12, which has had the uncanny knack for inflating quarterback numbers recently, Smith and head coach Dana Holgorsen are going to leave opposing defenses charred and crippled on most Saturdays."
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) That's from a Jan 2012 article
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:27 PM) You can google shit from 14 months ago and find a f*** ton of these
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:29 PM) http://news.yahoo.com/top-10-heisman-trophy-candidates-2012-heading-season-150300441--ncaaf.html
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:31 PM) http://newyork.sbnation.com/2012/8/17/3249284/heisman-trophy-watchlist-2012-las-vegas-betting-odds-line-matt-barkley-montee-ball-denard-robinson
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 09:32 PM) He was 4th according to Vegas odds in April 2012
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) 4th makes him the favorite?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) you said he was the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:53 PM) he wasn't anything near the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:54 PM) he reached his pinnacle in the heisman race in the early part of last season
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:54 PM) at that point he was the favorite
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 09:56 PM) also, what a basketball game
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 10:21 PM) 4 point game
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 10:21 PM) maybe the pacers are that good
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) I said that his time last year, he was the favorite. I misspoke. He was 3rd or 4th. He certainly wasn't "not even in the 2nd tier" like you claimed
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) Take your medicine Matty
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:36 AM) Maybe you should watch more college football instead of talking about watching college football

I've heard Hughes, but I've also heard that Koscheck might get a shot and GSP would fight Hughes for the rights to face the winner (or something thereabout)

how about the most bs fight in ufc history between diego and koshcheck...they never shouldve even awarded a winner..i say give GSP an immediate rematch with serra...but im almost positive that hughes has the next title shot since he won his last fight...on another note i cant wait to see rampage dominate chuck w/ ease

lmao remember Koscheck's post fight interview and how hyped he was haha. I do think they should have Serra vs. Koscheck for the belt next and GSP/Hughes III for the right to face the winner. Not that I'm underestimating Serra but even as the champion he'd be a huge underdog in a fight vs. Hughes and it wouldn't be a good business decision for the belt to change hands like 2 times in 2 fights. Besides, I think Diego was gonna get a shot if he beat Koscheck so I think Serra/Koscheck would be the matchup. You know Dana White is pissed the hell off that Serra won lol

Your correct about diego getting a title shot if he won..however i cant see koshcheck vs. serra being a maincard on a pay per view unless they put it on anderson silva next title defense..A GSP/Hughes III(non title fight would attract more buys then koshcheck/serra...Also just because koshcheck "won" he didnt do shit and in my opinion that fight should be refought b4 diego or koshcheck advance further up the ladder..HHF has there been any post fight interviews w/ diego ive been looking all over and cant find any..hes my fav fighter and i was heated when he lost that dance contest w/ koshcheck

With the UFC PPV's (I guess they wouldn't be PPV's though, but you get what I'm saying) now coming to Spike TV, beginning with UFC 70, a Koscheck/Serra title fight could headline one of those shows. Yeah it wouldn't be a marquee matchup, but it'd be the first UFC title fight on free television, which I'm sure would create some buzz. As far as I'm concerned these UFC's that are now coming on free TV could use something like that, especially since the matchups that we're getting shown are kind of wack, at least in my opinion. While we do have some big names on the cards for UFC 70 in England and UFC 72 in Ireland, they're facing people who wouldn't be considered to headline a card people would pay for. This is understandable, seeing as it's a free fight, but I mean shit, for the first UFC PPV type event that you're plugging, give me a bigger name for Cro Cop or Arlovski to fight besides Gabriel Gonzaga or Fabricio Werdum. Not taking anything away from either of those 2 guys, but they're not really who you'd consider people who would headline a UFC PPV. The Cro Cop fight I can understand since the UFC is ready to hype up a Couture/Cro Cop fight for August. For UFC 72 in Ireland, the main event is Rich Franklin vs. Martin Kampmann. Let Koscheck/Serra headline that card and have GSP/Hughes III on the card for UFC 74, which works because GSP is already scheduled to fight on that card anyway.

I also heard Diego Sanchez walked out on the post fight press conference or didn't attend.

those are excellent ideas...this is the first i heard of 72, ufc is getting interesting. Have you heard what other fights will be on the undercard for chuck/rampage? also who is silva going to do destroy next..the only website i can find is the ufc.com otherwise its tough to get info on upcoming events..Back to the welterweight division for UFC 74 have a rematch serra vs. GSP and kos vs hughes on the same card..then winners fight in a megafight in an upcoming ufc(Asuming winners would be GSP and Hughes). I still like diego in that division tho

I feel bad for couture having to fight cro crop however i feel the division will not be complete until emilienenko signs assuming he does.

As per mmaweekly.com, some lists are obviously incomplete.

UFC 71 rumored fights:

-Karo Parisyan (#7 Welterweight in the World)* vs. Josh Burkman
-Ivan Salaverry vs. Terry Martin
-Chris Leben vs. Kalib Starnes
-Din Thomas vs. Jeremy Stephens
-Eric Schafer vs. Sean Salmon
-Keith Jardine vs. TBA
-Thiago Silva vs. TBA

UFC 72 rumored fights:

-Rich Franklin (#4 Middleweight in the World)* vs. Martin Kampmann
-Forrest Griffin vs. Hector Ramirez
-Tyson Griffin vs. Clay Guida
-Eddie Sanchez vs. Colin Robinson

UFC 73 rumored fights:

-Anderson Silva (#2 Middleweight in the World)* vs. Nathan Marquardt (#7 Middleweight in the World)*
-Tito Ortiz (#9 Light Heavyweight in the World)* vs. Rashad Evans
-Sean Sherk vs. Hermes Franca
-Jorge Gurgel vs. Jamie Varner

UFC 74 rumored fights

-Randy Couture (#5 Heavyweight in the World)* vs. TBA [winner of Mirko Cro Cop vs. Gabriel Gonzaga]
-Georges St. Pierre (#2 Welterweight in the World)* vs. TBA
__________________________________

Now Couture signed something like a 5 fight contract with UFC. I'm surprised he's getting hyped into a matchup with someone of Cro Cop's stature in only his second fight. If Fedor comes to UFC, all the HW's besides Cro Cop need to go into Elite XC or Cage Rage b/c they're gonna get owned.
