i like it. i played for like 30 minutes last night because my shorty was over. it's really fast paced, and there's no duck and cover like i'm accustomed to with rainbow six. i gotta get used to the maps and the shooting. i'm accustomed to Vegas, and getting the cursor right on somebody for the kill. with CoD it seems like you just gotta aim in their general vicinity and pray. I played Call of Duty 3 for all of about 45 minutes, so i'm not as up on the gameplay as i am with the ubisoft games.
graphically, it's dope as f***. the sound is crazy too. i don't even have surround sound, but i was feeling the tension from the explosions and gunfire.
it's definitely gonna be in the deck for a looong time.

Okay. I LOVE this game. Rainbow Six What? Halo who? Graphics are great.
I'll be honest with you though Dubb.. the learning curve from Vegas to this is gonna be tough. I think it's wack that you gotta keep playing with certain guns to unlock things like scopes and shit.. but it don't matter. This game is what the next Rainbow Six needs to emulate. Melee knife attacks, Last Stands to pop off shots with the pistol before you die, Martyrdom to drop off a grenade before you die. I can't say enough about the graphics tho... it's like Gears of War graphics with better gameplay.
And yo, the single player is wild. I haven't beaten the game yet, but you got this mission where you go 15 years in the past as a sniper through the Ukraine. You sneakin through with the captain for a minute snipin' dudes to get to this building and set up your 50 Cal. You gotta take the wind speed into account before you shoot, drop a helicopter, and then make it to the other side of town with forces comin down on you hard, no homo. Your captain's legs get fucked up, so you gotta carry him. Then you gotta put him down behind this ferris wheel so he can cover you and you gotta wait to get airlifted out by the chopper. shit is crazy.
And don't get me started on the nuke. Do NOT.

Yea.. shit sounds crazy.. but are you seriously saying "vegas what?". Like your telling me the game is like that? WOW!!.. If this game is this badass then could you imagine what the guys at ubisoft (rainbow) are going to do to top COD4?
I'll always be a Clancy guy but this game is sounding like it's of the meat rack!!! I haven't had much time and with Christmas coming up I've been alittle strapped for ducats. I'll cop this soon enough.
