people that abuse welfare should be delt with. the people that need welfare far outweigh the ones that abuse it. i personally know and try to help people that are on welfare. they are on welfare for alot of reasons. mostly because of drugs, alcohol, mental illness and they were raised by the state because they were put up for adoption when they were young. these people need welfare because they cant work. if they didn't get their $700 dollars a month and a medicare card they would die. if we get rid of things that cause people to turn out like this then i'm all for getting rid of welfare.
