Anybody play this? I realy like the new Resident Evils, more than the old ones which I though were decent and invintive, but not great. I feel it is a little easy, I beat it on the hardest level pretty quick, but it is still a lot of fun. The GC version has some pretty good side games, including a really fun Arcade type mode that is even fun for a sit-around-and-drink game(well tested in that aspect). I understand the PS2 has extra things that got added, including some other side-games.
If you like action games and always avoided the RE games because they were Puzzle games, this would be the one to get into. It keeps a lot of the style of gameplay of the older entries in the series while injecting some new elements.

actually i hear the PS2 version is far inferior. i heard there are alot of issues with conrtrolls and plu the graphics suck. i have the GC version. i like it alot but barely play it

Check out IGN.com. The Resident Evil game's for the PS3 are TOO amazing. There are some trailer's to peep out to as well.

I thought that Resident evil was strickly made for PS3?. Like Playstation has the right. I've never seen a resident Evil game on any other system. Except of P.C. Resident Evil is only on PS3.

xbox brought the rights to most of PS's big games including RE and FF series. PS3 doens't have anything to offer as far as games go. even the infamous kill switch (the one everyone was drooling about) is deemed as overrated already

I beat resident evil 4 for ps2 like twice.. its a very solid game beat it if u havent already.
