Alright...here's the thing, I'm a senior in high school. I played football Sophomore and Junior year. I couldn't play senior year because I got very sick this summer. I don't know who knows and who doesn't but I lost 80% of my blood and had a tumor in my intestines in July/August. Pretty much shot my football aspirations down. Anyhow, I couldn't lift weights for a few months and I'm just starting to get back into the gym now. Can anyone recommend me some things to do to get in shape a little faster if there is anything? I wanna try to (at the very least) redshirt my 1st year of college.

Just dont take Cel tek, It gets you bigger, but once you get off it you get weaker. I would say Protien drinks or Carrenteen they are better for you.

Cell Tech is creatine, it just has lots more stuff in it to help it transport better.But it has tons of sugar in it so I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe for a little boost I recommend a product called No-Explode, it gives you crazy energy and crazy pumps.

creatine monohydrate in a powder from gnc or vitamin shoppe....cheaper than the brand names, 100% creatine so u dont get screwed over with 1% creatine and the rest sugar and carbs and shit





o and i almost forgot......it works

And you also get weaker when you get off of Cell Tech, i know some people who toke it and went down on how much they could lift. Do 100% creatine

If you are gonna take creatine, mix it into grape juice not water. For creatine to be effective it needs suger to be transported, that is why products like Cell-Tech, Trac, Cell-Mass, are all suppose to be more effective cause they have suger in it, but Cell-Tech has way to much suger, if you take if for awhile you are guaranteed to get diabetes, but if you mix pure creatine with grape juice it is the same as taking one of the other products I mentioned.

the first time i got creatine i didnt know and mixed it with water and i almost threw up...i spit it all out.... i use Hi-C, Twister, iced tea, gatorade or any grape or apple juice... good stuff

You probably ain't readin this no more, but if you are, try Elite Whey Protein. My bench max went from 200lbs to 265lbs in three and a half months using that stuff and I've been training 3 times a week at the MOST (Obviously eating a lot of protein too)

Dunno if you were talkin to me, but no, there are no negative effects. I even added another 5lbs to that when I tested my max again yesterday.
