I am both student and teacher of the martial arts,since I have been 6 years old.My daughter ,7 yesrs old,has been training since she has been 4 years old.
Martial arts is the study of learning about one's self.Everyday ,we are under stress from everyday life,and fight to be healthy.Martial arts is only one way to combat stress,or to enrich one's soul.
What inspired me to write this,is a teacher i know,3rd degree black belt in Judo.He went to a compitition,placed first in the Seniors division.Jerry won a gold meadal,for his efforts!
Sensei Jerry turnes 82 years young in January!
The moral to this story,You are never too old to get off the couch and do something!
Take a walk,ride a bike,ect.Live life! be healthy!

ometimes there isn't time or energy though. i need to work out more. if it wasn't for dancing and sex i'd never get any exercise

I would love to learn the martial arts.. I walk alot but would love to get more exercise
