can anyone shed some light on the correct way to do shoulder flys? ive heard to keep your arms straight and at your sides and lift your arms out, but recently a coach of mine said to bend my arms almost 90 degress and lift my arms out (this is they same coach that once told me i was doing squats wrong and to do them on the balls of my feet, so im a little skeptical about what he says now)
