ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:05 PM) time to get ready for MNF
santana Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:09 PM) Well it sucks when you start to feel the jets are going to lose the game them selves
santana Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:09 PM) the Vick play worthless
santana Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:09 PM) that run on 3rd and 5 worthless
santana Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:09 PM) chris Johnson also I don't know what his numbers were but ivory seemed to be a better back
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:13 PM) Marty just picks the worse time to call those wildcat plays
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:13 PM) they are drive killers
ROBJETS Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:27 PM) Problem is the corners. We knew this before the start of the season. I was amazed at how well they did last week and the first half but eventually the weakness showed
ROBJETS Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:28 PM) The corner positions will be addressed next year. Technically we are still in a rebuilding phase.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 07:39 PM) we did go toe to toe against a SB contender and we really shouldn't be heartbroken but if you call yourself a JETS fan and aren't a little pissed over a W that we had in our control then you need to go and hand in your JETS gear ... I'm looking at you 115
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 08:24 PM) 18 penalties in 2 games
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 08:25 PM) unacceptable

ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 09:10 PM) Cutler just got popped right in the chest
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 09:11 PM) that was a squared up right in the middle of the chest hit
ganggreen2003 Icon : (14 September 2014 - 09:13 PM) nice one handed catch by Marshall
MikeGangGree... Icon : (14 September 2014 - 10:06 PM) NFL rules state that only the head coach can call a timeout on the sidelines…

Except in Green Bay where anybody up to the third row can call a timeout.
MikeGangGree... Icon : (14 September 2014 - 10:06 PM) I love NFL memes
MikeGangGree... Icon : (14 September 2014 - 11:30 PM) Well I will be at the game next Monday night

u make a whole new thread for this? it doesn;t mean that he;ll be any thing special when he's a starting rb because then defenses are gonna actually plan for him and he hasn;t shown he hasn't shown that he consistently carry the load for a team.

I want this guy on the JETS next season...do whatever it takes to get this guy in the JETS backfield...he looks like he's a rough tough runner....we need him in a NY JETS uniform ASAP....that TD run after LT set them up with a 58 yrd catch...I am convinced that the JETS should do anything possible to get this guy out of San Diego and let him become a Starting RB and make a name for himself...cause if he ends up having a good game today behind LT then this guy's stock is going to rise..and rise FAST

As long as your willing to give up our 1st round pick for him, thats the compensation San Diego is going to get if they dont match an offer. We need to see how it plays out, might be better off moving up in the draft for Lynch.

I absolutely agree with you. I saw a guy elsewhere worry about giving up a draft pick for him. i'd do it in a NY minute! He is fast, elusive and can run as well as catch! At 250 pounds he runs a 4.5 legitimate 40!
Our time has come! Rex will bring us a Super Bowl victory! Go Jets!

He's still not worth giving up a 1st rd for. But I love his style of running.

once again your wrong. just cause SD puts a tender on him doens't mean we have to pay that. we could work out a trade for turner. maybe a 2nd rounder and j-mac for turner. i'd to that immediatly

How can you all be sold and prepared to give up a 1st rounder for a guy who had 3 carries in relief of Tomlinson when LT was tired.

I didn't watch the game but Turner's first carry was on a 4th down after three straight runs, the fourth play of a drive (his TD) after Tomlinson had ran twice for 13 yards and caught a 58 yard pass and a 1 yard run on a 1st down play.

I know he returns kicks but Miller's job as KR is a dead certainty next year and two of his runs came after the Chargers had loosened up the Pats D.
Trading for him will be a gamble and it's not one I think is worth taking considering what can be got in the draft not only at RB but at other positions we need to fill/improve as well.

If Tangini do look at him they need to be certain the reward of having him outweighs the risk of giving up a high draft pick for someone who has little experience in the league. In my eyes the reward doesn't outweigh the risk.

I really want him, but I really dont want to give a first round pick for him..... The most Id give up for him is a 3rd round pick.

The Chargers won't settle for a 3rd and maybe not a 2nd either because they know how much they can get for him as a lot of teams will be interested.
