Now, I can make my own sigs, bootleg style, and I think I already sorta know the answer to this question, but-

Is there anyway to make koving sigs through not-official programs??

and by that I mean- I make my sigs on Paint, a program EVERY computer has, then I uploade it through imageshake.us, but I'm wonder, if anyone knows, is there a way to make sigs that have thing change over time on Paint type made sigs??

Go to all accesories available, find paint, get pictures or make it, go to imageshack, click on get the upload file, scroll down to get a link, click it, the first one you see is the one you want.

I never use paint but I don’t think you can. You need to have a non flat image. The only file type that will work with it is a gif. You have to have independent layers on the picture and I don’t think paint lets you do that. Try the gimp. It’s a free program

you can use paint but it will not look as clean cut as photoshop, and the other graphic making programs. Maynard, i think you mean you want to make gifs, and i do not think you can do that in paint.
