Damn, what a nice catch by Cabrera to rob Manny of that HR tonight. Better than missing that easy ass pop-up a couple of weeks ago.

That was a fantastic catch...correct me if I'm wrong but defense was Melky's main plus as a prospect...not hitting?
Well he's been hitting really well and his defense has been average except for the robbery of Manny. I suppose this is good news if his defense improves as it well should...he'll become a multi-tool player for the Yanks.
I hope you guys enjoyed the Sheff days while they lasted, because after this year I'm betting Gary is gone.
I'm pretty pleased with the Mets OF prospect...Lastings Milledge has turned on the heat lately...I'm sure he'll be going back down to AAA this year...but so far he's lived up to the hype as a 5 tool star out there...I'm looking forward to his future...now if we can only get our big pitching prospect Mike Pelfrey up to expectations in the majors this year we'll be set...because...ya know...pitching depth has been a slight problem for us...haha!

Milledge is batting .300 with 2 HR's and 8 RBI's in 9 games...not bad...not bad at all.
