Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) haha gg03 throwing in the towel on sanch!
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:37 PM) What a way to make sporrts center already, Mark......
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:39 PM) Sanch owns the #1 blooper of all time with that butt fumble also and to make matters worse he threw it right to a friggin Pat...
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) better athlete but never runs as well
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) stronger arm but rarely throws deep
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) I am trying to find this article, but Bridgewater had about the least amount of 40+ throws in college football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 10:52 AM) andrew luck was hyped up for like 3 years before he entered teh draft
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 11:34 AM) tehhhh
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 11:37 AM) it wasn't for 3 years and Andrew Luck is the best QB prospect to come out in years. Teddy Bridgewater most likely isn't Luck or RGIII

I know we failed to get the WEST SIDE Stadium a few years back...and we just signed that agreement with the Jints to co-own the new Meadowlands Stadium but does anyone think we will ever get a stadium...I was thinking about it as I was watching the start of the game tonight and I thought what would happen if we ever won the SB and they do the banner raising what would happen since we are cohabitants of the new stadium...will there ever be a JETS stadium ever in my lifetime?

probably not and honestly in football you don't need to because there are only 8 home games. As cool as it would be for there to be "Jet Stadium" i think that the jets and giants struck a good balance. If the mets and yankees were sharing: that would be a problem. My only beef with co-owning the new stadium is that it's in new jersey. Now no offense to all the jersey fans but seriously if you're called the New York jets... They should have tried to buy Shea stadium from the mets lol. that would have been cool.

Woody tried though so it's okay
If there is a hell; doug brien better be the first person in it...

if a 3rd team comes to nyc then possibly. otherwise in terms of profit and expenses giants and jets will keep sharing a stadium.

Only when they become the Mexico City Jets... which I believe was the underlying reason why we drafted Sanchez.

Like someone else said I'm OK with them sharing it. It's a huge expense...and YOU guys pay tax money to build these stadiums...so for only 8 games a year I definitly think it should be shared.

However, it should be in New York. If not, call them the New Jersey Jets. It's not to diss anyone...it just doesn't make sense to be any other way.

I am but think about it, Mexico City alone has a population of almost 9 million. The city's average income is $25,500. That's just the city, if you move a franchise there, chances are the whole country will root for you. If I owned a team, I wouldn't go to LA to compete with the Chargers, 49ers, Raiders and USC. I would move to Mexico.

Yeah cause NY Metro area is meaningless. Let's face facts, NJ has no identity, you either associate with NY or Pennsylvania, and maybe Delaware at the way bottom.

New York City is a Giants town. They were one of the original teams and blah blah blah. Upstate is all Bills country. The Jets are the little brother. It's not even a Yankee/Mets scenario.

Yeah well, not even the Giants are in NYC.

No unless someone buys naming rights to this one and calls it Jets Stadium ...I would love to see the Giants and their fans deal with that. But again, Giants ownership respects their fans too much for that - who could possibly let their team play in a stadium named after another local team for decades???
