Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) Now I gotta drop $30 for a burger with fries
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) You know what I do? Not go to the fuckin games LOL
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) And it's not just me because the Mets suck, Yankees can't sell out anymore at all
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) Shit, even Mets vs Yankees wasn't sold out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) That never happened in the 90s
santana Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) ghetto fries
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) whats amusing is at nationals stadium the staff is the worst
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) they don't give a shit
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) specially sunday morning
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) How so?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) Do they make you watch the Nationals?
santana Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) every time they handed me my food or what not then i had to go to the register to pay i just walked away because the queue was too long
santana Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) people running the registers just go super slow
santana Icon : (Today, 12:07 AM) no one there is in charge of making sure the customers are following the process
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:11 AM) Wait, you pay after you get your food?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:11 AM) How does that even work?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:11 AM) Everywhere you pay when you place your order
santana Icon : (Today, 12:12 AM) well its decided getting some booze tomorrow afternoon and drinking every time i head lebron's head band referenced
santana Icon : (Today, 12:12 AM) like i said the concession stands are a mess
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:12 AM) You might die
santana Icon : (Today, 12:12 AM) there were multiple people behind the counter
santana Icon : (Today, 12:13 AM) so you could just go up to it and ask for what you wanted and 1 out of the 5 people would be on a single register
santana Icon : (Today, 12:13 AM) so eventually you were just handed your food
santana Icon : (Today, 12:13 AM) expecting for someone to approach the register you were standing infront to charge you
santana Icon : (Today, 12:13 AM) or you were led to believe maybe you had to go line up to the one that had a cashier with people already waiting on it
santana Icon : (Today, 12:14 AM) so a lot of the times when i was just handed the food i requested i would stand there look around see them go back to being distracted on their boost mobile phones or whatever reason and walked away
santana Icon : (Today, 12:14 AM) i got 6 pretzels like this for the group i was with and 3 hot dogs
santana Icon : (Today, 12:15 AM) my ticket one time had like 5$ towards concessions or what not their scanner wasnt working at the register so it wasnt reading it right or she didnt know what she was doing. she tried to scan it 3 times then litterally just turned away so i was standing there asking if it was all good no one answered so i just walked away with the food
santana Icon : (Today, 12:18 AM) probably doesn't help that they are hiring people from one of the worst parts of dc
santana Icon : (Today, 12:19 AM) in fact all the stadiums in dc are in very low income areas probably to exploit this work force
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:31 AM) No stadiums are in low income areas because that's how they get municipal bonds to finance construction. "Look, we're giving black people jobs! Pay for our stadium!!!"
santana Icon : (Today, 12:32 AM) right
HarlemHxC814 Icon : (Today, 01:48 PM) New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez will face a lawsuit for allegedly shooting a man after an altercation at a Miami strip club.

TMZ.com broke news of this stunning development, as the lawsuit was filed in Florida federal court on Wednesday—five days prior to authorities searching Hernandez's Massachusetts home for an apparently unrelated homicide case.
santana Icon : (Today, 02:41 PM) A well-placed source told Paul Lukas, who writes Uni Watch for ESPN.com, that Revis paid safety Mark Barron $50,000 to get the No. 24 from the second-year safety.
Mr_Jet Icon : (Today, 04:06 PM) I've watched about 3 minutes of ESPN today and have already heard the word "headband" twice.
santana Icon : (Today, 04:13 PM) yea i'm going to get hammered
santana Icon : (Today, 05:29 PM) that left side of japan is no joke
santana Icon : (Today, 05:33 PM) damn that was so karate
santana Icon : (Today, 05:45 PM) http://i.minus.com/iqVziQ4MnbBdg.gif
Chaos Icon : (Today, 06:57 PM) James Gandolfini passed away
Chaos Icon : (Today, 06:58 PM) he was 51, suspected heart attack
santana Icon : (Today, 07:01 PM) I guess that means no soprano movie
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 07:14 PM) he was also a JETS fan
Mr_Jet Icon : (Today, 07:46 PM) That's a surprising death but him dying of a heart attack is not a surprise.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 09:53 PM) Anyone had him in the pool?

Ill miss him, but it was his time to go, he is just going to get older and more injury prone. I am just happy we get a first round out of this so maybe we can trade and get Reggie Bush, then it will be totally worth it.

Congrats! We wish you lots of luck and you'll need it. If you guys finally get to the playoffs don't expect abe to be there. He usually breaks down about then.

I've always liked Abe and I'm alittle bother to see him leave to be honest business is business and on a sidebote. Abe will be there for you all season but expect to see him waving a white towel come playoff time. If you make it that far and expect your opposition to run to his side. He overpersue's and get's burn to his side alot because of the looping style of pass rushing.

You'll love him one minute then hate him the next.

Ron Mexico still runs you on again off again offense, though. Good luck.

Wow. I sense much anger and jealousy. Cheer up. You guys still have Bollinger (ROFL). And Testaverde....

Too bad for you.

See ya next season. Enjoy your #29 draft pick....

(A late round pick for a proven veteran. I'll take it)

You laugh at Bollinger with the money you have in Vick? Your team doesn't even have enough confidance in their double-digit-million-a-year investment to trade a third round draft pick off.

In all fairness, if Abe stays healthy, he's fantastic. That's a big IF, however. I always liked him and wanted badly for him to remain a Jet, but then he was complaining and whining and he was never really putting it all out there for contract reasons. He did not play hurt in the playoffs two seasons ago because he was concerned about his future. I grew to think of him as a luxury, not a guy that would play all the time. If he did not want to be a Jet, the team had to get what they could have for him.
I bear no grudge against him, but I am not sad to see him go.

Agreed Abe is a great player, but upset him and he'll whine like an ass.

We got more for Abe than San Fran got for T.O., so I'm not too upset.

Proven at the pass but unfortunately that's not the Falcons problem.

Now maybe you might win more than the 8 games you won last year.

Abe got his 15-18 million guaranteed congrats to you abe. you worked hard for it.I am sure his attitude will
be that of a guy who got the monkey off his back and is ready for change. near his home.lets face it edwards failed when it came to ABE.abe's short comings on the field will be redirected by the falcons rest a easy on that."they know what they are getting a defensive game changer who is happy to be here".that sounds dangerous to me guys. I'll be watching abe make the highlites.

John Clayton reported on ESPN radio last night (haven't seen a story on-line, so you'll have to believe me or not) that Abe was offered more money by the Seahawks but still wanted to go to the Falcons because of his family.

Bollinger is a better passer then Vick, and Vinny Retired. We have Ramsey now and Pennington. Both better then Vick. We might even get Matt Lienart. Have Fun with no first round picks.

This trade only works for Atlanta if Abe stays healthy for a complete three seasons. If not, it was a horrible trade.

By the way, what anger and jealousy? The Falcons have been a horrible franchise since their inception, never won the SB, had only 2 winning seasons in the last 6 and are beholden to a guy named Ron Mexico who has actually gotten worse as a QB over his career. Why should a Jet fan be jealous?
