Use That Fitness Ball For Some Exercise Ball Workouts

You see that large exercise ball usually in the corner gathering dust. Well clean off the dust and use it!

A Stability Ball Exercise Routine is a great way to mix up things when it seems your training is getting somewhat mundane. It is also a core stabilizer. Sitting on the Stability Ball forces you to use your abdominal stabilizer muscles. Then if you add a set of shoulder lateral raises, you are working your abdominal/lower back plus your shoulders. There are so many combinations you can do. Tricep extensions, dumbbell flys, Dumbbell curls just to name a few.

Some people who work in offices are starting to use it to sit on behind their desk. The ball is always trying to move when you shift your body to reach for something. This forces your core to stabilize. Think about it, toning your mid section while working at the office.
