Wait, I'm trying to strengthen my shoulder, so would weight lifting doing it?
I heard Chad doing it for his rehab, and I heard it's to strengthen the shoulder, and I need to have it strengthen since I'm working on picthing, and I'm more of a closer, but I'm used as a starter, and I can't as far as I could since I can't throw all of my heat, which I usually do. I've been working on a knuckleball to help the cause, but I haven't tryed it in a game.
But I need to strengthen my shoulder since I'll be a starter again I suppose next year, and as I said my shoulder will hurt and the next day I won't be able to lift my arm up.

Yeah, I could do that, but I need my shoulder to be strengthed.
I can throw VERY fast compared to kids my age, but I can't do it for more than an inning (so I should be a closer), but I'm thrust into a starting job and though I pitched 4 shutout innings in a game (a complete rarity in Little League) among other great things, but my arm will feel terrible for the next few days, and then I have to pitch within another 3 days, and I might have a seriuos injury come my way if I don't strengthen my shoulder.
Icing should heal pain, but won't strengthen it. But it would help, so I'll do it.
