out of my skull?..lol rb6vs is trash its nowhere as good as cod4.. the gameplay is slow and corny. u cant even jump on rb6v2.. i bought it this morning and am regretting it ever since. everyone will be back on cod4 all rb6v2 is is a big expensive map pack

It's a tactical shooter not running around like a chicken with your head cut off throwing nades over buildings into spawns. Call of duty is to herky jerky. I've been playing the rainbow series for 5-6 years now so I know what to expect. You have to have respect for the tactical shooter games. You have to communicate well with teammates in order to win in call of duty you just don't have that. As far as a more interactive and tactical shooter RB6 is the shit.

so on call of duty u dont communicate?.. u ever play search and destroy or headquarters? both of those game types u need to have communication between teammates. You have your opinion about rainbow six and thats cool, i just dont like it and rb6v2 is the same as rb6v no difference at all, they should have just made it a downloadable map pack or somethin. I guarantee you it doesnt sell like cod4

Exactly. No RPG bullshit, everyone comes to play and theres always strategy. You get booted if you don't talk.

No one even talks on CoD4 on PS3. It's rare to find a game where you play with a bunch of people that have headsets. So you can't pull that communication argument with someone who has both systems. Sorry. Not much team strategy is required in CoD4 -- throw a grenade over there, and shoot anyone that comes your way. I've tried and failed to organize a strategy on Bloc and Crossfire so that our team doesn't push forward too much, and it fails, because people wanna sprint down and be Rambo.

As far as I'm concerned, the 2 games are nothing alike. The basics might be similar -- military shooter, one team versus another, etc. But the strategy for each game is different. So the 2 games can easily co-exist, because they target slightly different audiences. Sometimes I get tired of the fast pace of CoD4. So the ability to hold down a corner, poke my head out and shoot someone who wants to play like it's CoD4 is definitely a plus.

All I can say is that with all the CoD4 I've played over the last 6 months, I'm fucked up in the game on R6V. I've pressed the B button to crouch and have accidentally thrown grenades so many times, it's ridiculous. Single player comes in handy to get re-accustomed to the controls. The one thing I miss is the melee button. It'd be so much easier to knife people.

il be going home at 1 to get some games to trade in for rb6v2 and sence i dont have school or work for the next few days il be nerding out on it the controls are gonna be really weird getting used to though

COD4 doesn't require any communication what so ever, it helps, but you don't need to talk. I found COD4s multiplayer rather boring after awhile, the same strategy is employed over and over again.

My next game is GTA 4, and that's about it right now.

old tv.. i have a vizio 1080p 47inch tv with hdmi cables.. so come on man.. the graphics arent impressive, they are nowhere near cod4 and u know it. all it is is a big map pack. its the same exact game as the first one

I hate the grafics argument. Nobody plays a game because the trees and bushes look real and sway back in forth in the wind. Although COD4 has better grafics it doesn't make the game better. Nevermind the racism in that game is nothing like I've ever played. I can't play a game without here the word n!gger, it's pathetic!

If you like running around aimlessly holding the sprint button like rambo then COD4 is for you. However if you like REAL sim style strategy then RBV6 is for you. Is slowed down and very tactical and thats what draws me to the game AND!!!!... the COD franchise WILL be going to back to their world war 1 style games with 1 shooter guns and all of that ancient crap. RBV6 will always be modern and thats what I liked. Let me ask you a question... where was the COD franchise before COD4?, ON THE BACK BURNER... why, because they catered to a vintage war style game that doesn't appease to a mass population.

COD's story mode is a amazing but online rainbow is way better. I guarantee if you stick with it and play it more you'll like it better.

ehh i dont know man i think the online for cod4 is a lot better its just Infinity ward and activision that suck. I used to be the biggest socom head ever.. but i like the faster pace of cod4 better now. but hey to each his own i guess slso I think graphics do play a big part isnt that part of why people buy next gen systems?..I mean I spent a lot of money so i expect the game to look good too right?
