sports workouts
I just recently found this site, and it is great for off-season training and such in various sports. I know that this is a youthful board, and we have quite a few athletes on here.
If anybody has a site similar to this that can help us out would be great, I am trying to find a perfect aseball workout for me this offseason...season nded friday, time to hit the gym!

i get a lot of my stuff from mens health when it comes to working out... you may want to check out their website
www.menshealth.com
i am gonna look for some pics and get them on the web so i can post them here for some baseball workouts, eventually i would like to have all my collection of workout pics on here, but we are gonna take it one step at a time...
btw i would not recommend sites like the bodybuilding one... they are usually geared more for selling specific products and such... they may have some useful stuff, and if you are taking supplemements or other things first of all be careful because there is a lot of crap out there, but more importantly take them properly... sites like that may have useful articles but i do not even waste my time... try to look for things written by guys who may be a c.s.c.s. (certified strength and conditioning coach, i know it doesnt work out as an acronym) or m.d. or from some kind of well established school like NYU or UCLA or what have you
