i have been lifting weights since this summer(since July to be exact) and i have been active(meaning not just sitting around the house) and recently have been doing wall sits and sit ups, yet i still cant get allot of muscle(i dont mean like really muscular like arnorld or anything, i just cant get that much muscle) i have semi big bicips but i want the total package if u know what i mean(bigger biceps, six pack, a couple ppl i know my age have it so y cant i all that), any1 have any suggestions how i could do this

You need to hit the free weights heavy and eat at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight per day to get the best gains.

i do all of this everyday, i do 20 sit ups sometimes(sometimes 40 if it seems like it is too easy) and wall sits for 1 min.

yea...you gotta start lifting weights....try the old back and bis, chest and tris routine....
Workout 1
Bench Press
Cable Crossovers
Tricep Extensions
Tricep Kickbacks
Skull Crushers
Workout 2
Lat Pulldown
Low Lat Pull
Bent-over Row
Curls with a curl bar
Hammer Curls
Workout 3
Shoulder Press w/ dumbbells
Flys
Front raises(forget real name) basically lifting dumbbell up in front of you with your arm straight and while standing up.
My advice is to do everything for low reps lots of weight and also, if you dont know what some of these thigs are, try lookig it up on google. a lot of sites have video of epople doing them and/or descriptions of what to do.
