Terror Plot

The people that were planning to do this are totally sick, what is their motive to do such things? These people that want to do things like this aren't human. This just makes me want to up the scale of the war on terror. The people arrested may be British born but there is no doubt they are part of an Islamic terror organization. Birmingham contains a high number of Muslims as does London, but I don't know about High Wycombe. As it is a suburb of London I bet it does.
This further pisses me off because my family from New York are meant to be flying to London tomorrow and I wonder whether they will be coming now because of this.

wtf? people cant bring hair gel, tooth paste, water? is there a us marshall on every flight? the wait in newark airport to get checked is 6 football fields, thats ridiculous.

They're taking the necessary precautions IMO as reports said they were thinking of using liquid bombs which they can disguise in anything able to hold liquid like alcohol bottles, hair gel containers, plastic bottles etc.

Beileve it or not I was supposed to come home today to the newark airport, our flight got delayed and my mom got us new tickets to a flight to philly, the plane we where supposed to take hasn't got to cleveland yet. (where I was coming from)

Bit late on the reply here but agree with everything that has been said, these sick people are the scum of the earth, i dont know what faith they are following or what they think they aredoing. Great job by our police force to catch these bastards before they could murder anyone.

On a slightly different note, i was reading the Independent today, and they were looking at the salary of the UK Soldier fighting in Iraq and believe it or not its about £2.40 a hour. Which is below the minimum wage in this country. A Private it said brings in just over £1000 a month and thats before tax deductions. How bloody ridiculous is that? Were looking to improving it and the defense secretary said that a possible way to do this is to make it so they dont have to pay Tax.
