Another piece of the puzzle complete. Next a catcher, then 2nd base and we are ready to roll. I think it is finally time that Atlanta takes a back seat. 14 years in 1st place is far too much for a Met fan to handle.

yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! this is awesome, i still want another good arm in the pen, hopefully a guy like farnsworth. But the Rangers want Milledge, so instead of soriano, then i say grudzielanek, then we get our catcher, and were ready to roll!

Until the Mets completely flop again this year after a big offseason.

it is a recipe for success.
yup...even last year the team chemistry in the locker room and on the field was so much better than years past, everybody had fun with eachother, every1 talked very highly of eachother, and it seemed liek they had fun. And to me, the mets didnt flop last year, they went above .500 and tied for 3rd place, which is an upgrade from the past 4 years, this year, just make the playoffs, next year...world series champs.

They didn't flop? Look at the team they had. There is no excuse for them to not have made the playoffs.

There were still holes....2nd base being uncertain, castro showing up piazza, mientkiewicz doing absolutely nothing, no closer, cameron hurt for a good amount of time, now we are filling those holes, and the goal is to get better by the year, finishing in 3rd was un upgrade from last the past few seasons, so once again...no flop
