Here are some updates:
Always put your salad dressing on the side when ordering a salad, that way you choose how much goes on.
When watching T.V, be careful what you eat when doing so. Some ways people get fat are watching people eat on T.V, then eat those same foods while watching T.V and that food is being eaten on what is being projected on the T.T.
