lol yea if the chargers win, i can already see what EvanstonJet is gonna say.
EvanstonJet: WE beat the chargers in 04 and the chargers beat the patriots. we should have won that game last weak. Fire Mangini, Rebuild, Trade Vilma, Cut D'brickshaw...

As long as your willing to give up our 1st round pick for him, thats the compensation San Diego is going to get if they dont match an offer. We need to see how it plays out, might be better off moving up in the draft for Lynch.

I absolutely agree with you. I saw a guy elsewhere worry about giving up a draft pick for him. i'd do it in a NY minute! He is fast, elusive and can run as well as catch! At 250 pounds he runs a 4.5 legitimate 40!

once again your wrong. just cause SD puts a tender on him doens't mean we have to pay that. we could work out a trade for turner. maybe a 2nd rounder and j-mac for turner. i'd to that immediatly

I didn't watch the game but Turner's first carry was on a 4th down after three straight runs, the fourth play of a drive (his TD) after Tomlinson had ran twice for 13 yards and caught a 58 yard pass and a 1 yard run on a 1st down play.
I know he returns kicks but Miller's job as KR is a dead certainty next year and two of his runs came after the Chargers had loosened up the Pats D.
Trading for him will be a gamble and it's not one I think is worth taking considering what can be got in the draft not only at RB but at other positions we need to fill/improve as well.
If Tangini do look at him they need to be certain the reward of having him outweighs the risk of giving up a high draft pick for someone who has little experience in the league. In my eyes the reward doesn't outweigh the risk.

The Chargers won't settle for a 3rd and maybe not a 2nd either because they know how much they can get for him as a lot of teams will be interested.
