Any Given Sunday is probably the most realistic sports movie I have ever seen. It doesn't just look at the game that is being played on the field, but it gives you a sense of all the behind the scenes stuff that goes on with professional football. If there is anything close to what Any Given Sunday was, it would probably be the ESPN Series "Playmakers". But obviously that isn't a movie.

IDK if it qualifies but jerry Maguire was a great movie. I loved it. also the one with cuba gooding JR as a slow kid was good
Radio, yea I loved it, it was a true story too
But like JetsohFive said, taking back sunday was most realistic
