Hey guys. I was at camp as most of you know but I had to take a temporary leave. I lost 80% of my blood and I had a benign tumor on my stomach that was causing internal bleeding. Can anyone recommend a diet I should go on or what type of food I should eat?

well i would imagine if you have a doctor he could give you that kind of advice... in your case you should really look into a specialist, thats pretty serious... if the benign tumor was the only problem, i am not sure of the exact ways to eat to cure that...
but as far as blood goes, you should make sure you take in enough B-12 i believe 50 mcg is enough per day, which is very little but some people just dont get it in their diets, a multivitamin might be a good idea, a one-a-day perhaps...
B-12 btw helps make red blood cells work in general terms...
good luck though and sometimes its worth the money to get specialists to help you with such situations... in like 2-3 years when i get my doctorate i will be much more equipped to help you, but you should probably get some help before then
take it easy, minimize stress, stay healthy man

I hate to tell you this ,but diets do not work ! Just watch what you eat !
Low sodium, limit dairy ! Just take care of yourself !
Best advise is to see your family doctor !
