Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) he's a completely weak-minded individual
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) already back to doing what he did last season THROWING INT's
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) sucks that Garrard retired but I'd rather suffer with Geno going through growing pains than keeping Sanchez under center in 2013
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) haha gg03 throwing in the towel on sanch!
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:37 PM) What a way to make sporrts center already, Mark......
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:39 PM) Sanch owns the #1 blooper of all time with that butt fumble also and to make matters worse he threw it right to a friggin Pat...
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) better athlete but never runs as well
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) stronger arm but rarely throws deep
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:48 AM) I am trying to find this article, but Bridgewater had about the least amount of 40+ throws in college football
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 07:49 AM) I wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't viewed as highly next year. College players always get hyped up a year before the draft process. People change their opinions quickly.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 07:56 AM) I'll put a good amount of money that Bridgewater is still highly regarded coming out next year.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) ok I found the chart
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:00 AM) Bridgewater had 0% of his passes go 40+ yards in college
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) he could be, I'll wait though
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:02 AM) I doubt Smith will be as bad as Clausen anyways
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) I remember watching Clausen in a NFL game and the guy couldn't even throw a spiral.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 08:03 AM) Geno has been impressing teammates with how well he can spin the ball and sling it.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Today, 08:31 AM) I hope Geno turns out to be a f***ing monster

One of the strongest guys in sports, and i dont think anyone could have done it better. Steroids? sure if you say so, but pitchers use steroids too, and on many teams in the MLB, this record is legit as any other record in sports. Congradulations Barry!

Just saw it on sportscenter at work. First words out of my mouth where "Wouldn't it have been hilarious if as soon as he walked in the dugout they pulled him aside for a piss test."

Must say Congrats though. If the league isn't gonna do anything about roids then I don't see why anyone should question his new record. Hell that's why I don't watch baseball anymore.

Honestly THANK GOD IT'S OVER!! I can't stand Bonds I think he's a ass. This Homerun record is a complete shame and it's so tainted because of all the steroid crap. Well fvck Bonds and fvck baseball for that matter. If I want to bore myself I'd rather watch paint dry. Over-hyped and over paid athletes (if you can call them that) playing a boring sport. My pops would kill me if he ever heard me talk about his baseball this way but it's how I feel.

Well Bonds congradulations and thank God you got this done and out of the way because I was starting to get terminally ill hearing about you.

Agree with Kobeskool Bonds>Hank, just accept it. Can you think of the emotional strength that he has, i mean everyone hates him from speculations alone and he still managed to rehab from bad knees, descrimination and hate, and still got to have this moment, i saw it live and i jumped out my seat, its really exciting to watch history.. Bonds has my total respect, period.

This record is FAR from legit. I bet Hank never had access to steroids and different drugs. Hank did it off the cusp with no B.S. Bonds is a moron that did Steroids although he hasn't been convicted but it's along the same lines as O.J. Come on now.

Thank God is over!!

ok, you could say that i suppose, but then it leads too saying that everyone elses homeruns dont count, so why even play baseball. Like i said before, pitchers use steroids as well, and to hit homeruns you dont just take steroids and boom, wow hey this is easy. you still have to be a great hitter so i dont wanna here that crap. baseball is what it is, record is legit.

Hank did it the right way. Bonds cheated!! the record is tainted and I feel bad for Hank Aaron because Hank done it legit without the crap and the allegations and such. Say what you will. L.T's record last year holds more weight then this crap.

fvck Bonds!

I feel the same way with everything you said except I still ain't congratulating this steroid asshole. I would of rather heard about him the whole year if he stayed at 755 then for him to break the record.

Don't worry, A-Rod is gonna break it in like 6 years anyway.

If bonds should have an astrick and his record is far from legit so is arron's old record. Why you may ask? If you have noticed...the record had been set in 3 different era's of baseball. Babe ruth got screwed and should be still far ahead of bonds in this chase and arron should have never owned it. for example if a ball hit a foul pole...it was considered foul...a homerun wasnt considered a home run unless it went into the bleachers...just not over the fence...pitchers were allowed to use forign substances for the "spit ball"....He also had less games to play per season. Back in his time home runs werent encouraged thus the proper rules for a homerun werent in place.

Arron on the other hand had all these new rule changes which encouraged he and the other players of his time to try and hit the homerun. Thus many of the homeruns arron hit would have never of counted for ruth. so maybe arron should have one of those nice big * next to his record as well. remember marris had an astrick next to his single season homerun record for a long while because he did it in more games.

And now tonight bonds breaks the record where it was more than obvious that as much as a 3rd of baseball and maybe even more were doing the exact same thing as he was doing. there werent any rules in place for steroids in baseball thus he wasnt breaking any of baseballs rules. it may be immoral but he wasnt breaking anything...he is a product of his era...just like ruth and arron were of theirs....

Oh well, he does act like an ass and I like many many many others also believe he cheated. But he's finally got 756 and is the current all-time HR leader. It's over thank God because I was tried of hearing about it too.

Hank Aaron is still the Homerun King in my book. Bonds' comment towards Bob Costas a few weeks ago made me look at Bonds in disgust even more and is one of many reasons why I don't like him. I guess if it were a NBA or NFL record I'd care more. If Mr. Aaron can be a class act about this I guess I can say congrats too.

But 756 will never be up there with Aaron's 715th, Joe Louis winning the world title, Jackie Robinson being the first black man in MLB, Jesse Owens' 4 gold medals, Wilt Chamberlain's 100 points, Kareem's 38,387 points, and Emmitt Smith breaking Walter Payton's rushing record..IMO.

I can't freakin' believe the amount of ignorance in the above comment. Bonds has absolutely nothing on Hank Aaron. The amount of racism and hate experienced by Aaron FAR outweighs anything that Bonds could have gone through. Aaron did it in the 70's. Bonds in 2007. Racism still exists, no doubt. It exists in far lesser amounts today than it did back then. Bonds filled himself full of highly advanced steroids. Aaron did it naturally. Ask any chemist. To say that the allegations are only that is just plain stupid. We don't have film of O.J. Simpson slicing the throats of two people, but you will not find anyone in forensics to say otherwise without having the conflicting interests to do so. Yet, we know he did it. Yes, without a shadow of a doubt. We don't have film of Bonds doing "the clear" and "the cream", but we KNOW that he did it. There is ZERO question about it. ZERO!!! It just plain happened. Anyone who says otherwise is simply not objectively looking at the facts. Barry Bonds is scum! He is a disgrace. Not just to baseball, but to human kind. If I set a record in the 100 meter dash on a motor cycle, would the record count? No. This is a very similar situation. Anyone who gives him recognition is only doing so to either take the "high road" or to defend something they don't fully understand. ...or maybe, they know down deep they would do the same themselves. I am a Yankees fan and wish that they would just cut Giambi and pay him the 17 mil per year and cut their losses. If you are caught cheating with steroids, it is the same as saying "FVCK YOU" to the greatness of the game and the loyalty of the fans. This record is not legit. The true home run champion is Aaron. A-Rod will pass it. I think, and hope that he has done it so far, and will continue to do it honestly. That is the only way that it could possibly mean something to anyone that is honest with themselves and with other people. Without honesty, you are nothing. Say otherwise? You are acting as lying scum. Even if it is just about this topic alone. Honesty is the only way that anything really matters. Think otherwise and you not just lying to other people, you are lying to yourself. What good is that?
