Creatine is fine it's just water retension. The only draw back is if used alot for a long amount of time then you stop working out you'll noitce that you'll get fat. In other word's all the Creatine/water will turn into fat/water.
Just follow the direction's and don't over use it. You will not see result's over night. Perhap's in 2-3 week's but when used properly is an excellent suppliment.

I have used creatine a lot and never got the results that other people say they have gotten. But yes creatine does cause a lot of water retention, but I don't think when you stop using it, it turns into fat, you just lose the water making you lose some size and weight.

Yea I never meant to say fat really!, I was trying to describe it in a way that the person's not familiar would understand.
When you stop for a while considering it is mostly water retension in will disappear or cause you to look a tad flabby.

well, creatine mightnot stunt your growth but i think its good to wait until you are fully grown to start lifting. and with me, i pretty much see results right away....i dont use it during the fball season because of being dehydrated but when i start usin it again in the offseason, i go up about 10 pounds in my bench in the first few days. after that it's pretty much normal weight lifting progress, mabye a tiny bit faster
my recommendation is to only start lifting when youre fully grown, drink a lot of water and buy creatine monohydrate. a lot of other creatine mixes just load the powder up with carbs and other stuff for energy, but you dont get a lot of creatine...o and also, stay away from vitamin shoppe brand creatine. it's thicker grains than like gnc brand and it makes u shit like crazy
