Yankees are way better, We got A-Rod MVP!!!!! He will hit over 40 home runs. Yankees got better, one of our biggest problems was center field and now we got Damon. Our Offence is easily the best in the League on papers. Our Closer is the best in the buisness. We are going to make it 27 this year. Red Sox are going to be 3rd in the division. Our pitching was unhealthy lasst year. Its healthy this year. Wang was even injuried last year. This divison is the yankees
And also how can you be a Jets fan and a Red sox fan. I didnt think that was possibly.

Breakup-
Yankees started bad last year...why?
Johnson- started 9-5, much worse than we expected
Kevin Brown-Started a wonderful 0-4
Carl Pavano-went 4-6 last season
Bernie-Batted .238 in April
Womack-Need I say more
Giambi-5HRs for the first 3 months of the season
This team was doomed, 10 games out of first and tied for last, but hmm, what did they do, thats right, made the nesissary changes-Brought up Chein Meng Wang, did great for us, traded for the 1-7 Shawn Chacon, whatd he do?? Go 7-3 rest of the way, Aaron Small.....10-0??
Giambi went from 5 homers in the first 3 months to 27 in the last three...and Randy Johnson went 10-3 in the last 4 months, and we brought up the man who would have been Rookie of the Year if not for a little 2 week slump....Robinson Cano..
What was our only problem in the end of the year?? Bullpen and CF...thats it, what did we do, get the best avalible CF, Damon, as well as gain K. Farnsworth, M. Myers, R. Villone, and Dotel to the tune of only losing Gordon....I'll take the
What I'm trying to say is...the Yankees and Red Sox were only evenly matched last year becuase the Yankees started bad, If the Yankees played after the All-Star break like how they did before it, then they would have been the number 1 team in the AL, and maybe their fate would have been differnt in the playoffs. So for the Sox to lose more than they added, you'd expect them to be evenly matched still yet, I doubt it.
Shilling?? 8-8 is a great season to be coming off of....oh thats right, his injury, howd he do at closer, thats right, terrible, but thats ok, hes only had south of 20 knee surgerys, so he'll be fine.
Beckett??- NL to AL screwd with Johnson, the reversal made Pedro great, hmm, Beckett will struggel for the first few weeks, so thats fine, then again...a few weeks is all Beckett can bring to the table
Foulke???I laugh at the name, it needs no description
Wells??yea, good luck with him
Theres a different between having greats of the late 90s...and haveing greats of the late 80's, Randy is the Yankees only one of those...and with all the pitching and bats the blueJays have added, Red Sox won't be seeing anything come October but Manny being Manny and Schilling wanting to be the headline player

Not true we improved our bullpen. We add Dotel, Myers, Ron V. and Farnsworth all very good RP pitchers.

Thats 12-5-1 in the Yankees favor, the fact that you said Youlkis over Giambi or Philips is hilarious....but thats my breakup, becuase Manny is a better hitter and Hedeki, but is nowhere near the fielder of Hedeki, and the catcher is the only spot thats close

lol, that was just a joke to get the Yankees more points....n e ways, Ortiz will be 1B not but l;ike 6 times, so he doesn;t count for there, and Loretta batted .280 with 113 hits and 3HRs last year while Cano batter .280 with 155 hits and 14 home runs, he games were different, so that could be why, but as it is, that'd be a push before itd be a sox plus
