Jets are doing jets related things also... THE KNICKS.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:41 PM) I got a free kindle when I switched to optimum
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:41 PM) Damn... Malone
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:43 PM) I saw a special on Dennis Rodman and him and Malone were childhood friends. Rodman used to hitchike to Malone's farm or someshit like that when they were teenagers going to games and Rodman was so shy that he'd not say a word for 3 hours
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:43 PM) that's why when the Bulls and the Jazz played in the Finals, Rodman and Malone looked like they were going to brawl on every trip up the court. That shit was personal.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:43 PM) Malone saw the bitch in Rodman.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:50 PM) On the other hand, looks like the Patriots are turning in the Jets. Putin, Tebow and Hernandez might have had someone killed?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:51 PM) I think those topics are worthless
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:51 PM) surgery to gronk
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:51 PM) is probably the most significant story
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:55 PM) Gronks surgery is minor but he's had what, like 4 or 5 now?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:56 PM) That shit is going to catch up with him
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:56 PM) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DFcWMC9vkZg
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:56 PM) Dayum!
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:57 PM) yeah what a monster
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:58 PM) yep it might be minor but he provides a lot of production through the year if he lost a step or misses more time throughout the year it could mess with their offense
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:58 PM) as for hernandez i dont see shit coming from it besides him potentially having court like 10 months from now or something stupid
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:59 PM) and tebow you will just see on special teams again
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 11:59 PM) You never know with Goodell. That dude loves to discipline
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 11:59 PM) yeah but hes white and a patriot
santana Icon : (Today, 12:00 AM) goodell is busy banning handbags from stadiums
santana Icon : (Today, 12:00 AM) this country is priming its self for a massive protest this handbag shit is retarded
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:01 AM) They are so f***ing stupid
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:01 AM) Like people need more reasons to stay at home for the game
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:02 AM) Honestly, at this point, the only way I'd go to an NFL game was A. Free tickets B. Tickets were close enough to the field that I felt like I could heckle a player and be heard
santana Icon : (Today, 12:02 AM) its not stupid its actually genius
santana Icon : (Today, 12:02 AM) the problem is i know for sure the evil genius behind it is dan snyder and other owners pushing for this shit
santana Icon : (Today, 12:02 AM) they want their new stadiums to inhale your money from the minute you enter its zipcode
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:03 AM) Genius in the sense that you force people to spend more money
santana Icon : (Today, 12:03 AM) right
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:03 AM) Baseball stadiums started doing this since right after 9/11
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:03 AM) I used to go to Mets games as a kid with a subway hero
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) Now I gotta drop $30 for a burger with fries
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) You know what I do? Not go to the fuckin games LOL
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) And it's not just me because the Mets suck, Yankees can't sell out anymore at all
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) Shit, even Mets vs Yankees wasn't sold out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) That never happened in the 90s
santana Icon : (Today, 12:04 AM) ghetto fries
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) whats amusing is at nationals stadium the staff is the worst
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) they don't give a shit
santana Icon : (Today, 12:05 AM) specially sunday morning
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) How so?
SecondHandJets Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) Do they make you watch the Nationals?
santana Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) every time they handed me my food or what not then i had to go to the register to pay i just walked away because the queue was too long
santana Icon : (Today, 12:06 AM) people running the registers just go super slow
santana Icon : (Today, 12:07 AM) no one there is in charge of making sure the customers are following the process

hey, liek i said before, i am going to be doing alot of training and lifting during the summer for next years baseball season. I am looking into taking some kind of supplement that will help aid the muscles i am building. I heard about whey protein, and thats seems the way to go, does anybody have a better idea? I just want to take a little something that will help me build the muscle, i am not looking into creatine and all of that, just maybe a protein boost. Any help would be appreciated...thanks.

Isn't that steroids? Just not adding testosterone and not making your balls shrink.
Just eat meat, eat cheese, have yogurt, drink milk, and workout, the best way is the natural way! good.gif

protein and creatine for that matter are natural, theyre in your body. eating a steak and drinking a protein shake are not much different at all. and by the way, im curious about what you mean when you said "....creatine and all that..." there are a lot of misconceptions about the stuff and from someone who takes it and knows 15-20 people that also take it, id recommend it to anyone. some people think its a steroid, some people think it fills your muscles with water and that bad, people think a lot of things, but most of them are wrong. it is not anykind of steroid and has nothing to do with testosterone or any hormones. creatine does put water into your muscles, but this is the best way ive heard it explained.....

when you are doing anaerobic exercises (lifting), your muscles burn off the water that is naturally in them first, then lactic acid comes into play and will most likely causes you to stop lifting. by bringing more water into you muscles, you can lift for longer.

i dont know all the science, but ive asked 2 doctors about health effects, and used it on and off for 2 years with nothing but 10-15 pounds and a ton more strength. not sure how much of it would have come if i didnt take it, but i am convinced that it helped a lot.

note: drink a lot of water to keep flushing out your kidneys. the only negative thing it can do is gum up in your kidneys if you dont stay hydrated, but most people stay hydrated anyway.

Taking a cheap vtamin suppleent like Milk Thistle Extract will help your kidneys out if you go heavy on the protein intake.

this is an excerpt from mens health magazine, june 2005 issue...

"All creatine does is force fluid into the muscle; Your body will do that itself if there's enough water available"
-Carter Hays, C.S.C.S., a Houston-based personal trainer

no matter what supplement you use... the bottom line is putting in the work!!! glad to hear you guys are motivated... i may get my self to the gym one of these days too...

CREATINE also helps your body to recover after a grueling workout. I train people in GOLDs GYm in Lexington, Ky and it works. But there is no excuse for not working hard in the gym. Milk Thistle will help your liver stay healthy but I also urge my trainees to stagger their CREATINE intake. They are on it a few months and then take a week off from it. That is recommended by ISSA. A great diet will do wonders for a body. Extra PROTEIN is not necessary at this time in your workouts. When you are into it and doing Cardio too, protein will help maintain your lean muscle mass and even add to it. BUT there is NO way around working out hard using a great range of motion and thoroughly challanging your muscles every workout!

I am surprised that ISSA would actually have reccomendations for creatine... but thats good that they at least have some kind of suggestions for it...

you can use protein to help yourself recover along with things such as raisins to eliminate free radicals around a workout... i just do not like supplemetns... i realize that they help, and are convenient... and all the top models, athletes and actors use supplements like whoa... but i am a purist an dbelieve it should come from chicken and such...

alas i am inclined to face reality and say party on wayne... party on garth
