If you only eat a meal once or twice a day to cut down calories, you could be hampering you fat loss goals. You would be doing yourself a fat loss favor by spreading out those sporadic meals into eating as often as 6 to 8 times a day.















In other words instead of eating one or two big meals, eat several small ones. This will greatly increase your metabolism. This will also stabilize your blood sugars and keep your body with a steady fuel to operate on.
