ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:03 PM) we need to get rid of Sanchez
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) he's a completely weak-minded individual
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) already back to doing what he did last season THROWING INT's
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:04 PM) sucks that Garrard retired but I'd rather suffer with Geno going through growing pains than keeping Sanchez under center in 2013
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) haha gg03 throwing in the towel on sanch!
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:37 PM) What a way to make sporrts center already, Mark......
mgjetman Icon : (Yesterday, 01:39 PM) Sanch owns the #1 blooper of all time with that butt fumble also and to make matters worse he threw it right to a friggin Pat...
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:53 PM) buttfumble on thanksgiving was the low point of his career
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:55 PM) Teammates talking shut about Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) In case you haven't heard, because why would anyone report on the Giants, Nicks is also holding out
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) That makes both Cruz and Nicks.
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 02:11 PM) But who cares, Sanchez threw 3 "interceptions"!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) ?
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:59 PM) why would we give a f*** about the Giants?
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 03:04 PM) gg03 jimmies are riled
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) You're not in NY. All the backpages are focused on Sanchez
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 03:21 PM) None of the NY media even mention Cruz or Nicks
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 03:40 PM) nicks isn't holding out. he's injured still and taking it easy. cruz is holding out. why it isn't a big ordeal IDK. it would be for us
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) maybe because theyre not that far off.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:02 PM) Cruz wants to return back, they'll figure it out.
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) 3 mil a year off or 30% less then cruz wants. tahst alot of money to be off
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 04:41 PM) cruz doens't want to leave NY cause teh extra money he'll get in endorsements plus he knows taht they can RFA him this year and then Franchise next year so he might not be able to get a LTD for 3 years
Mr_Jet Icon : (Yesterday, 05:21 PM) Clemens11/Tebow15 (soon to be Smith7) said if we had just drafted Crabtree and Nicks and kept Clemens, we'd be good.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) No, he can't be Smith7
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) his name is reserved for garbage QBs, we don't want Geno to be bad
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:44 PM) He can be McElroy14
extmenace Icon : (Yesterday, 06:51 PM) we're taking bridgewater next year with the number 1 pick and treating geno like a jimmy clausen.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 06:53 PM) What makes Bridgewater better than Geno?
HurricaneJet32 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:12 PM) everything
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 07:56 PM) ^
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:16 PM) college players always get hyped up before the draft process, just wondering what makes him so much better.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) Stronger arm, plays in a pro system, better throwing motion, better athlete
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 08:19 PM) there's probably nothing Geno does right now that's better than what Teddy does
SecondHandJets Icon : (Yesterday, 10:25 PM) Wouldn't it be funny with Bridgewater ends up having the type of season Barkley had?

Suns would also get conditional pickBy Chad Ford
ESPN Insider

The Phoenix Suns and New York Knicks are in serious talks about a trade that would send Quentin Richardson and a conditional future first-round pick to the Knicks for Kurt Thomas two league sources said.

However, both sources claim that the trade hasn't been completed.

The trade, if it is consummated, would be a good one for both teams. Thomas can provide the Suns more toughness in the paint. He also can play center, allowing the Suns to move Amare Stoudemire back to his natural position at the four. The deal would also clear some cap space, long term, for the Suns, who must re-sign Joe Johnson this summer.

The Knicks have a log jam at the four and have been trying to move Thomas for a month. Richardson will be a good fit in the Knicks offense. He'd give Stephon Marbury a good shooter to kick it to on penetration. He'd also give the Knicks a swing man who can post up and rebound.

But we still need a big man in the paint if the trade go thru. OMI help.gif

Well it went throgh and I am very happy that the knicks traded for him. I think he led the league in 3s last year. Nice job Isiah

Well, I don't like this trade. We should be getting bigger not adding yet another guard even though he's a fantastic 3-point shooter. I don't know how much Isiah can do with the cap hole we're in. Houston is killing us.

I dont think any other teams are looking at houston because of his contract and injuries problems...so we have no hope there.

I really don't see the point of this trade either. Knicks now havew a logjam @ the "I can't decide if I'm a point or shooting gaurd" position. Plus the Knicks won't be any good until they learn to play D. Larry Brown won't mean shit if there's no help.

This Team is drowning with no lifeguard in site. We drafted another soft big man, what a waste. I can't see us competing for another 4 Years. This draft gave us a chance at some players with a big upside, and we got nothing but a soft center who prefers to play on the outside and a backup guard. 7 RPG as a Senior? That's embarrasing.

I hear you there, ronny. Seems like the knicks are cursed when it comes to getting a good center coming out the drafts for the last 3-4 years. Frank Weis I believe could have been if he had put his head into it...but he got scared and didnt want to take a chance.

The big problem is that the Knicks always draft out of necessity instead of taking the best available player. We constantly reach for a Center at a position in the draft where a decent center is no longer available.

Its Frederick Wies and he was a 7-2 waste of height. I Hate what isah is doing with the team. The only good player he got the knicks was marbury. Remember camby and hilario for crappy mcdyess? Hilario is an all start, camby is a force in the paint both rebounding and blocking and mcdyess eventually turned out to be NOTHING for us. Our cap sucks thanks to bad contracts (Houston, mcdyess, weatherspoon) there is no hoe for the knick for a while. But at least we had a good run in the 90s

Good run in the 90s but we should have won those 2 nba finals vs the bulls w/o mike and the run vs. the rockets w/o a questions but the knicks like to run out of gas in the remaining minutes of the 4th qt. scare.gif

We had a chance against the spurs to but lost 4 games to 1. that was the miracle year. First was houstons buzzer beater against the heat in game 5, then LJs 4 point play against the pacers. As we were I think the 8 seed and went to the finals. And lost

Agreed, may not be a good pick up but we definitely needed a big man in the middle.

Heres to hoping Pat Riley takes over the coaching job for the Heat. beach.gif

....actually, I dunno because Stan Van Gundy didn't exactly do a bad job, and I'd feel really bad for him if they booted him...
