Here is a saga about a slave and a Viking ship. The crew of the ship needed to get supplies and sailed into port. After they secured the vessel along the docks of the Seaside City they made sure that all the galley slaves were chained. After that they all went to the tavern to drink grog and chase members of the opposite sex. The galley slaves after being at sea forced to oar the heavy ship, their spirit was in complete despair.



About this time a beautiful maiden was walking down the dock past the ship. This maiden had a body that would make Pam Anderson envious. One of the slaves couldn't take it and with all of his determination broke loose. The maiden ran off as the slave jumped upon the dock. Knowing that he had to do something fast to disguise himself he hid behind something and waited.



A bigger man came past the slave. The slave then knocked out the man and took his clothes.



The ship's crew staggered back to the ship and found out that the galley slave had escaped and started to walk the City's docks to find him. As they were searching they came up behind him. They grabbed the slave and started back to the ship. The slave now curious how they knew it was he asked the crew. They said it was easy. You're the only one with a wide back from all the rowing in the ship's gallery.











How to build back muscle.




Bentover rows are great for building thickness in the back region. To build middle back muscle make sure to hold the contraction on top. I prefer to use dumbbells instead of a barbell. Dumbbells allow you to change arm position. Don't heave the weights but lift them instead. There is a big difference. For back hypertrophy try doing 2-4 sets of 10 reps keeping somewhat quick pace for a strong pump. You should rest about 30 seconds between sets. I personally like using weight lifting wrist straps. When you are squeezing out those last gut-wrenching reps you don’t want your grip giving out. To build thickness and width during bentover rows, make sure not to stop short at the bottom of the movement.
