Azjetfan is the nyjetsfan #1 pick
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 03:32 PM) so he doesn't want to be drafted?
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 03:33 PM) If Collins doesn't get drafted, he can't enter next years draft. He can only if he is drafted and sits out. So I guess he has to go undrafted
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 03:41 PM) going undrafted makes the most sense for collins
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 03:41 PM) but for teams, drafting him and dealing with his holdout makes more sense
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:19 PM) Zac Stacy was traded to us for our 7th
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:21 PM) Jets also drafted a NT with our other 7th
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:21 PM) 6'4 330 DL who is very strong
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:25 PM) zac stacy for a 7th
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:25 PM) well can't complain about that
MikeGangGree... Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:29 PM) So we have 4 rbs now
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:31 PM) still would have rather taken a runner on collins but i can't complain with depth
V DidDy 210 Icon : (02 May 2015 - 04:32 PM) i mean they can't expect to carry 4 rb though no?
azjetfan Icon : (02 May 2015 - 05:50 PM) Collins would have been a waste. He would not have signed. At least we have something to show for our pick. Worst case scenario is we trade or release one of our backs.
azjetfan Icon : (02 May 2015 - 05:56 PM) I know it's hard to tell without seeing a win loss record yet but this regime seems really on point.
azjetfan Icon : (02 May 2015 - 05:56 PM) For the first time in my life I can say I feel comfortable with the people making the decisions.
azjetfan Icon : (02 May 2015 - 05:57 PM) I was close with Parcells but he seemed like a short term fixer and didn't care about the long term
MikeGangGree... Icon : (02 May 2015 - 06:57 PM) SUCK FOR THE DUCK
MikeGangGree... Icon : (02 May 2015 - 06:57 PM) .......oh wait
santana Icon : (03 May 2015 - 01:13 AM) Well that was a disappointment
Chadforpresi... Icon : (03 May 2015 - 01:24 AM) I like getting Stacy for our 7th rounder, assuming he can handle the fact he won't be a feature back (yikes)
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:31 AM) I like the trade, hes a quality back and adds more depth to our backfield
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:32 AM) Macc has pretty much killed it this offseason
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:32 AM) He has turned this roster around, he has added talent and competition all over.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:33 AM) We still aren't great at QB, but our overall football team is good. We have a realistic shot at making a playoff run
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:33 AM) We may have the best defense in football. We have a great DL and secondary, that is gonna be tough on offenses when you can stop the run, pressure the QB, and blanket the receivers
ganggreen2003 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:23 PM) ok now it's time for this team to take all this talent and do something anything below a 10-6 season will be a disappointment
ganggreen2003 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:24 PM) the only still glaring issue is QB
ganggreen2003 Icon : (03 May 2015 - 09:25 PM) we got the WR problem solved, we got probably one of the best Defenses in the game and we have addressed the OL but QB will still be the glaring issue
Chaos Icon : (04 May 2015 - 09:34 AM) jets cleaning house
azjetfan Icon : (04 May 2015 - 05:57 PM) I'm excited about this year. Could be a good year for the Jets.
ganggreen2003 Icon : (04 May 2015 - 07:32 PM) weird how they cleaned house in the scouting department after such a successful draft and off-season so far
azjetfan Icon : (04 May 2015 - 07:36 PM) I assume they didn't bring much to the table
santana Icon : (04 May 2015 - 08:41 PM) Have to clean the table
santana Icon : (04 May 2015 - 09:08 PM) Fuck the rangers
santana Icon : (04 May 2015 - 09:08 PM) face off dominated holtby gtfo
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (04 May 2015 - 09:18 PM) La'el Collins is meeting with Rex Ryan tonight
MikeGangGree... Icon : (Yesterday, 12:31 AM) FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH!
Chaos Icon : (Yesterday, 05:41 AM) Damn that'd make up for the Bills not having a first rounder
azjetfan Icon : (Yesterday, 10:59 AM) They didn't sign him yet. It's just a visit.
santana Icon : (Yesterday, 01:49 PM) Uefa time
ROBJETS Icon : (Yesterday, 11:56 PM) Not sure if anyone saw this on the MSN home page but might be something worth looking into for the offensive line
ROBJETS Icon : (Yesterday, 11:56 PM) http://www.msn.com/e...d=HPDHP#image=4
azjetfan Icon : (Today, 02:35 PM) They are going to fry Brady.
azjetfan Icon : (Today, 02:36 PM) Not only caught cheating but also did not cooperate with investigators.
santana Icon : (Today, 05:04 PM) Messi goat

Have you ever seen marketing headlines like how to lose weight fast or lose weight while you sleep. How about lose weight now.

In all reality to lose weight you have to expend more calories then consumed. The following article is focused on carbohydrates. Maybe after reading the weight loss article you can figure out the best way to lose weight for you.

Carbohydrates And Losing Weight!

Author: Daniel J.Fox

In simple terms, carbohydrates are broken down by various
enzymes into simple sugars then glucose so they can be absorbed
into the blood. Digestive enzymes are like biological scissors -
they chop long starch molecules into simpler ones.

According to experts, if we cannot burn all the fat we consume,
the remainder is stored as fat tissue. This fat-burning ability
is determined by the amount of insulin in our bloodstream.
[Note: a major factor in insulin release is the glycemic index
(GI) value of the carb-foods or meal consumed.] When insulin
levels are low, we burn mainly fat. When they are high, we burn
mainly carbs. But a problem arises when insulin levels remain
constantly high, as in the case of individuals suffering from
insulin insensitivity. In such cases, the constant need to burn
carbs reduces our fat-burning ability. Result? More fat is
stored as fatty (adipose) tissue.

Generally speaking, the speed of digestion is determined by the
chemical nature of the carb itself, and thus how "resistant" it
is to the activity of the enzymes. A simple sugar is usually
much less resistant than a starch, and is digested or
metabilized much faster. Things that slow down digestion
include: the presence of acid (from gastric juices or the food
itself), and the presence of soluble fiber.

High Insulin Levels May Increase Risk of Obesity

This is why experts are linking high insulin levels, together
with a reduced ability to burn fat, with obesity. And as you
can see, high insulin levels are typically determined by the
type of carbs we eat. High GI foods or meals trigger higher
levels of insulin than intermediate or low GI foods. This is
why the Glycemic Index is considered to be so important in
assessing carb eating habits.

As we have seen, the human body is fuelled by glucose.
Therefore all foods must be converted into glucose before they
can be used as fuel. Carbohydrates are more easily converted
into glucose than protein or fat, and are considered to be the
body's "preferred" source of energy, and the brain's essential
source of energy.

Simple carbs (excepting fruit sugar) are more easily converted
into glucose because their molecular structure breaks down
faster in the stomach and small intestine. Therefore these
carbs raise glucose levels in the bloodstream quite rapidly
(less than 30 minutes). This explains why diabetics, who
occasionally suffer from an excessively low blood-glucose
level, can quickly restore their balance by eating simple
carb-foods, like sweets.
