You always hear that you lead by example. Unfortunately some examples are not all that good. What I am I am leading to would be some of the crappy core muscle exercises I have seen at the gym. There is usually nothing wrong with the exercise selection. The usual crunches and other abdominal exercises. It is the manner on how the abdominal exercises are executed. It looks like their goal is just get them done and over with.

Abdominal Crunches, how to do properly.

Specific abdominal training should be a more slow and deliberate movements. Strive for quality of movement with each contraction. Visualize your abdominal muscles contracting tighter with each exercise Using a slowed and controlled movement is the best.



Abdominal Muscle Posing Techniques

After getting done with your set of abdominal exercise you can further train the core with some abdominal poses. You don’t need a mirror or take off your shirt to show them. Just do some competitive bodybuilding poses. Hold the pose for a count of 5. This will help tighten the abdominal region.[bodybuilding] [core training]
