Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 12:33 PM) Zac Stacy was a good add
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:46 PM) I'm surprised Freeman was cut, I thought he was a solid backup center. Guess they like Wesley Johnson better
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:58 PM) our offense is passable. we should put up 14-17 a game average
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:58 PM) should be enough for our Defense. our d-line is nasty with wilk, rich, snacks, and now williams
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:59 PM) out MLBs get picked on in coverage though. davis had a rough game
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Yesterday, 01:59 PM) our Cbs are way too good. cro revis and skrine. plus mcdougle looked solid. when milliner comes back, him being a dime back could be huge too
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:24 PM) 17 points a game is "passable"? If we average 17 a game this season, we won't win more than 5 ball games.
Jetsman05 Icon : (Yesterday, 02:24 PM) Needs to be 20+
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 05:33 PM) Our offense should be better than its been in years
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Yesterday, 05:34 PM) which wouldn't take much
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 12:03 PM) another ex jet going to the pats http://theredzone.or...ms/Default.aspx
Jetsfan115 Icon : (Today, 12:04 PM) our defense should allow an average of less then 14 a game IMO. If we can average 17 a agme I think we can win 9-10
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 12:25 PM) Jace Amaro was put on IR, torn labrum.
Jetsfan0099 Icon : (Today, 12:26 PM) That sucks, I was looking forward to him at TE
ROBJETS Icon : (Today, 07:24 PM) Labrum tear....definitely out for the year. Its not a bad surgery. I used the sling for about a week before I ditched it completely. Supposed to use it for a full 6 weeks. You can get away without it but just have to be careful not raising or moving your arm much and no lifting of pretty much anything. As far as fully healing ....6 mon ths minimum but for lifting heavy and full contact sports I wouldnt trust 6 months
ROBJETS Icon : (Today, 07:31 PM) Still not that bad of a surgery on a pain scale. after a few days it mostly just aches like hell. ice and keeping your arm still is important. sleeping is major hard for the first 3 weeks or so. You wake up in pain a god bit. Id be dreaming and jerk my right arm up or move it wrong or lay on it wrong and wake up in major pain. still I liked t better without the sling than being completely immobile with one arm and healed just fine. He will come back from it fine
ganggreen2003 Icon : (Today, 08:37 PM) sucks we lost Amaro for the season

B complex vitamins for bodybuilding energy

B-vitamins assist the functioning of the nervous and cardiovascular systems of the bodybuilding athlete. It also helps with energy production. Fortunately you can get a variety from foods high in b vitamins

Vitamin B: A Complex Mix by Dana Bradley

Vitamin B is more often referred to today as the B vitamins to
better relate that it is actually a group of 8 different
vitamins, with varying functions and sources. B vitamins, like
vitamin C, are water soluble, which means that extra levels of
B vitamins are excreted by the body, though small amounts are
stored in the liver and toxicity, while rare, is possible.

Most people will recognize many of the B vitamins by name. They
include thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin (B1, 2, and 3,
respectively), as well as folic acid (B9). The other four B
vitamins are less commonly referred to and are: pyridoxine
(B6), cyanocobalamin (B12), pantothenic acid, and biotin.

The B vitamins serve many functions in the body, including the
breakdown of different kinds of foods into energy, maintenance
and protection of the nervous system, production of blood
cells, and maintenance of healthy skin.

Deficiencies of most B vitamins are rare, because they are
found in many different food sources. While sources abound
though, deficiencies can exist if someone has a condition that
affects their ability to absorb or use B vitamins. Whole grain
breads and cereals contain thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine,
pantothenic acid and folic acid. Milk contains riboflavin,
niacin, and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin). Foods with lots of
protein like eggs and meats contain B vitamins, especially red
and organ meats.

Alcoholics, along with being susceptible to many other health
problems, can be vulnerable to thiamine deficiency, also known
as beriberi. Alcohol prevents the body from properly absorbing
thiamine and many alcoholics also do not eat otherwise healthy
diets, so they are doubly prone to lacking this and other
vitamins.

Riboflavin is very active in the maintenance of skin and other
tissues, so deficiency of this vitamin can cause skin lesions
and dermatitis. There has been a lot in the news in the past
couple of years about the importance of folic acid for women of
child bearing age. Women who have adequate levels of folic acid
when they get pregnant are less likely to have babies with
neural tube defects. The folic acid must be present before
pregnancy because these types of birth defects occur in the
first weeks of pregnancy, and oftentimes women will not even
know they are pregnant yet.

B 12 Vitamins

You may have heard of people getting B12 shots because of a
deficiency of this vitamin called pernicious anemia. This
occurs particularly in people over 60, because as we age, our
stomachs have less ability to produce the substance intrinsic
factor, which must combine with B12 taken through food or oral
supplements in order to be absorbed by the body.
