give me a break. its like they are mocking the disabled. there should be some rule that unless you are handicapped the treadmill will only go at walking speed for a max of 15 minutes... then like it or not it speeds the f*** up.

people who are at the gym do one ten rep set grunt flex their arms and talk to their buddys for 15 f***ing minutes before doing another set or not having shirts on. once in a while body building contests are around and the body builders will but like the same dudes not wearing shirts or putting a towel on the bench its gross. or texting in between sets put your phone in your locker lift not socalize. and the biggest thing is when few guys are there the feel the need to use all 3 flat benches at the same time and socalize insted of using one and taking turns going trough sets. yes alot of these happened today. i hate sleeping in and not going when its just old people and serious lifters.
